You’ve been hearing all-girl rock band KSM’s cover of “I Want You to Want Me” on the promo clips for our new series “10 Things I Hate About You.” And now you can hear it all you want — we’re streaming a sneak listen till August 1. You’ll be able to buy the track on iTunes starting June 23.
About KSM: This rocking five-piece formed as a pop act in L.A. in 2006, but they went rock after adding lead singer Shelby Cobra. Last year, they toured with the Cheetah Girls. This year, they opened for the Jonas Brothers once and will be out opening for Demi Lovato June 21 through July 22. Sweet!
About “I Want You to Want Me”: Power-pop quartet Cheap Trick released a studio version in 1977, but it was the live take from their 1979 concert album, “At Budokan,” that made the song a huge hit. It’s been covered a lot; even Lindsay Lohan did a version in 2005.

Wow....that song sucked! They can't sing AT ALL! Not to mention the lead singer is like, making these weird faces at the camera as if she looked good doing it. I like the video but hate how they redid and screwed up a perfectly good song!
P.S. I love Nicholas Braun dancing around like a goof! He is awesome!
