amber stevens talks to us, part 1!

Here’s the scoop from our exclusive interview with Amber Stevens of “Greek.”

Recently, abcfamily.com got some one-on-one time with the always awesomely upbeat and friendly Amber Stevens, who plays Ashleigh on “Greek.” Check out what’s on her mind and what’s going on in her life.

abcfamily.com: Do you have any other projects going on?

Amber Stevens: Not really. We just had a short little hiatus after shooting our season. We go back to work next week, and that’s it. “Greek” is all that’s going on in my life.

abcfamily.com: So, you went on vacation?

Amber: I did, I went to Greece! Ironically enough! It was fabulous; I had so much fun. It was relaxing. I went with my friends and made a bunch of new friends. And went all over the Greek islands just exploring. It was amazing.

abcfamily.com: Did you spend a lot of time on the beach?

Amber: I did. It was perfect weather when I was there. I got to go in the ocean. It’s not very warm — the ocean’s not very warm. We got lucky and got perfect weather for beaching. It was great.

abcfamily.com: You’re a singer. Do you have any ambitions in that direction?

Amber: I have many ambitions. I hope I that I can put an album out one day and do a small tour. I do love singing and writing music and that stuff. We’ll see what happens.

abcfamily.com: What style of music do you do?

Amber: I kinda like pop-rock. You know, more like big band stuff. I’m not much of a dancer you know, so I’d rather do something where I can just jump around on stage and have a good time.

abcfamily.com: Do you have any pets?

Amber: Yes, I have a pet, Shaggy, the best pet in the world! He’s a little white fluffy dog. We don’t really know what breed he is, because he’s a rescue.

abcfamily.com: Anything else you want to say?

Amber: Not really — just I hope everyone keeps watching “Greek”!
