Three out of four "Greek" fans agree: Cappie is defs a one-woman kinda guy, and that woman is Casey Cartwright.
In the latest "Greek" poll, we asked what you thought of Cappie's love life, and you were clear. Fully 76% of fans selected the "Yes, totes! He's Casey's" option. So if you have your way, Scott Michael Foster will spend a lot more time rehearsing liplocks with Spencer Grammer. Our deepest sympathies to them both -- some jobs really suck. 
The dissenters were few, but they made their points. We know Cappie has some, uh, devoted fans, because 11% of responders chose "Play the field, Cappie (here's my number!)." Good to know naked self-interest isn't dead.
The Beaver has his fans too -- 8% of voters wanted to know where HIS poll is. Hang on, ladies ... he's working on it. You know how his work habits are. And finally, Rebecca's fans were either not there or just lying down on the job. A barely respectable 5% of fans chose her as Cappie's best bet. Ouch.

This is why I think Cappie & Casey should end up together. I looked up wikipedia right now on cappie, and this is what it says,"Cappie is in love with Casey and regrets losing her due to his wild partying. They start to reconnect when Cappie takes a social awkward Rusty under his wing. He is jealous of Max and Casey’s relationship but he is there as a friend to Casey whenever she needs him. He dated Rebecca but his feelings for Casey and Rebecca’s family issues led to their breakup." that is what they wrote no lie. Now this is what they wrote for casey,"Her first love was Cappie whom she dated for six months in her freshman year and their lingering feelings for each other is a major plot line throughout the series." That's why I think Casey & Cappie should be together. Those are facts. not made up words. if you don't believe me then go to wikipedia.org and search for cappie and it will tell u there. ABC should pu them together. if they don't then it would totally ruin the dynamic about rusty, casey, and cappie. I agree with everyone about cappie & casey ending up together. They make an awsome couple. And besides, didn't casey just break up w/ cappie just so she can get in ZBZ? If she broke up w/ him just 4 that doesn't that technically mean she still likes him? They have 2 end up together. U can so tell when they look @ eachother they have feelings & and a connection toward eachother. I think the perfect way 2 end greek is 2 have a "Greek" wedding. The wedding should be cappie& casey's. Who agrees w/ me?

I've only begun this series recently (and I'm already finished with the first season), but I definitely feel like Cappie and Casey belong together. Their chemistry is undeniable. But like every couple worth watching on television, they have to get through tough obstacles before they can be together.
I'm pretty sure I prefer C&C to C&R.
My step-uncle knows everyone on Greek. He was in two episodes. He plays Egyptian Joe, Cappie's big brother.

It is so obvious that Cappie and Casey belong together. She wants to be with him, even though she denies it. She always goes back to him somehow. You can tell they were meant to be in the pilot episode. When Casey losses pool so she can hook up with him you can see she wants him and you can tell that Cappie is so in love with her when she leaves his room after the hookup. It is n his eyes, he will love her forever.
They are so cute together. I didn´t vote but Casey and Cappie all the time. It´s just meant to be, seemes corny but true. I Don´t really like max. Hi is very cute I just don´t like who hi is on the show. So anti social and wierd. I totally hope Frannie gets her [filtered word] kicked she deservs it and that Rebecca chooses caseys house cause athour wise Im gonna flip. Love the show.
Saw an interview with Spencer Grammer, and she said that Cappie and Casey should end up together, so I'm trusting what she says is right. Max is cool, but I like Cappie and Casey together more. I think that they just want to make the show longer, so they're adding in other elements to extend it, and to make the ending with Cappie and Casey together more dramatic. If they didn't end up together, too many people would be angry with the producers and writers. I'm thinking Max is going to do something to screw up his chance with Casey, and that's when Cappie and Casey can finally have their turn together. Besides, I don't think the chemistry with those two actors together is as good as Spencer and Scott's.
Completely agree with you. Spencer and Scott say the show will end with the two RUNNING OFF INTO THE SUNSET. Believe me, I know where to go for spoilers. Max, on the other hand, is not at all for her. I definitely think he is causing Casey to "want" to move out of the house. I mean, why would she "want" to leave Ashleigh during this hard time for Zeta Beta with a lot of ZBZs defecting to Iota Kappa Iota (Frannie's new sorority)? The answer is that she doesn't. This is all Max's fudging idea. I am still pressing the fact that he killed Sarah...

Even though I like Max I do think that Casey and Cappie should be together. I mean it's what everyone wants but we haven't seen them together like at all! We've seen a lot of Rebecca and Cappie and Casey and Evan but NO CAPPIE AND CASEY! It's time for change!!!!!!

Casey and Cappie were meant for each other! I love them together and the promos for this season look good but Casey is still with max dammit! Im sorry to max-i-pad lovers, but i hate him. I know for sure that Casey and Cappie will be together in the end and that is what keeps me watching my favorite show!
