spoiler: casey faces herself

I know everyone is focusing on the whole Cappie/Casey thing, but I want to talk about Frannie leaving! I think, as a character, the show is reeeeally going to miss her. She always spiced things up and was someone you loved to hate! With Frannie gone, Evan being nice, and Rebecca being nice, who is going to be that character?? I think it's going to be a big blow to the show as you always need a great villian and Frannie was perfect at it

okayy. i think that the show is gonna end soon cuz evan and cappie are friends, rebecca is now nice, frannie left and casey and cappie are probably gonna get back together. i don't think they're gonna get back together immediately, but they will. hopefully! there may be a new plot where rebecca and evan get together cuz they find out they have alot in common soooo who knows? i cant wait for august 31st! xD

well im sure im not the only one who totally called the casey/max break up, it was kinda obvious from the start that they were kinda each other's social experiment and werent going to last...
i totally love casey and cappie and im sure it will still be interesting when they get together cuz i dont know many shows that were completely boring after characters that were always meant to be finally figured it out..
i kinda like rebecca and evan..i know they hooked yp a long time ago so its kinda akward but they're kinda cute and they have a lot in common...
its still so weird that ashley has a boyfriend for me cuz i mean her old boyfriend didnt really count..i kinda wanted clavin to turn ungay and get together with ashley but im sure its never gonna happen now.....
i will miss frannie actually and i hope maybe a new character can mix things up in season 3!!

The show wont fizzle out or die if cappie and caseyget back together because i'm sure the writers are cooking up something really juicy...they always do. What if casey went back to evan because cappie rejected her and evan is trying to be a better person? And how about cappie and ash getting together? its not to far out of the realm of possibility...Is it?
What do you guys think about my theory?

i think that Casey and Cappie are going to get back together because when ash was talking to him she said its the end of the world waht ar eyou going to do. i think he is going to find Casey and tell her how he rele feels about her.

I would have to disagree with the the people on here that think putting Cappie & Casey together would kill/end the show...they have great chemistry together that's a given but it takes more than chemistry to have a successful relationship...I think they need time to mature as a couple..and they can't do that when they are apart...I would love to see them work out the tension between them instead of always watching Casey run the other way because Cappie didn't do something that she wanted....I think it would be nice to watch Casey try and win Cappie back...I can't wait to see what happens next season....

Ever since the first season I wanted Casey and Cappie to be together! I hope they do sometime soon!!

Everyone wants Casey and Cappie to get together, heck I even root for those 2. But the fact of the matter is that would be the death of the show. Its one of the main plots of the entire story. its series of love triangles. When they end up together the show will be done for good.

so based on what happened. cappie and casey may not get together. however, ive been rooting for them since day one and it would be nice if they got together. They may get together but there will be a lot of problems and they will break up probably.
but i dont think they will officially stay together until the end of season 3 or the series finale. which is needlessly frustrating! haha

My thoughts are that maybe Cappie has decided that he once and for all wants to be over Casey. I began to think this during the scene where he and Evan are talking in the coffin like things about Evan giving up his trust fund. Evan says, "Yes it's fricken terrifying, but I also feel oddly liberated." Then Cappie replies," No, I get it, you got rid of something you thought you needed but also held you down, I know how you feel." I think this is talking about his feelings for Casey and him getting over them he realized that they were just holding him down. It is quite possible that he was on the way to getting over her when she admitted that she wanted to be with him.
Also I don't think that the writers will have them get together because ratings are higher when there is that tension between two people. It [filtered word] but I guess that is the biz.

they say they dont like the show and the it stinks and the theyve seen every episode and are bored with the show, cause "It shows the same things over and over"
so if you sont like the show, dont what it and do something else with your life then indult something that is good.
Those people are youst jelous cause they dont have hearts

Wow. It's really all I can say! Never have I watched a Season Finale that left me wanting so much more! Waiting until August 31 is going to be a pain but you know I'll be there with crossed fingers waiting to see what the next season holds for our favorites!

Now, to answer this little blog...

Cappie and Casey's relationship is so very complex and I LOVE IT! Maybe not many people understand the whole back and forth thing, but being almost the same age as these character and going through almost the same things, I can completely relate. It's so very obvious (and none of us can deny it) that Cappie and Casey are meant to be. They have been from the start! However, it doesn't surprise me that Cappie rejected Casey. For years he's been the guy in the background, just waiting, there to pick up the pieces when Casey's in trouble only to be ditched over and over. I mean, how would you feel? Plus, she was still technically with Max when she said the things she did to Cappie. I think a HUGE deciding factor when it comes to whether or not Cap is going to be with her again is the fact that, even after being rejected, Casey still broke up with Max. Ashleigh's "speech" at the end kind of tied everything up. I'm sure next season is going to be full of big decision and some serious drama. Here's to hoping Cappie comes around, and Casey really sticks with it this time. I want to see them together so bad! August 31st...get here soon!

WOW! I seriously am in LOVE with Greek. It's the only show I bother to watch regularly and I am so psyched that there's another season ahead of us! (I'll be watching it on my laptop from Japan, you writers, THAT'S dedication, LOL).

Anyway, it makes complete sense that Cappie rejected Casey. Every time he's put himself out there she either rejected him, or (like in the Mid-terms episode last season and that ep. when she sleeps with him for revenge on Evan) gives him false hope and then changes her mind. Cappie is really in love with her, and I think the one who really needs to mature is Casey. She doesn't know what love is or how could she hurt him so bad over and over again? but that's what is really beautiful about Cappie and Casey's relationship. They aren't perfect or even "perfect for each other", they always screw up, always hurt each other, and constantly have second thoughts. I think it's the first time I've seen such a realistically in love couple on TV. The media portrays couples as good or bad ideals and people forget that those B&W relationships do not exist. Complex feelings abound in actual relationships, even good ones. That is why I LOVE Greek and LOVE Cappie and Casey.

Besides, so what if Max gave up Cal-Tech for Casey? She didn't ask him to and neither did she want him to. That was HIS decision and he should've decided it was one he could live with regardless of whether or not he ended up with Casey. He's a big boy. Plus, Yes, Max is the perfect boyfriend. So What? Max's perfection doesn't mean Casey MUST be in love with him forever and ever. In fact, true love is as much about embracing someone's flaws as much as their perfections. Without imperfection, we aren't real people. Which is, I guess, why I never could feel partial to Max. He was too good, thus, not real.

In the end, Cappie was right for blowing Casey off. She needs to collect herself and really think about what she wants and he can't trust her since she's bounced around so much already. I think she'll have to earn her way back in, but I think Ashley's words will stay with him. That when they are both good and ready, karmic synergy will intervene and they will be together.
And it'll be sooo much fun watching them be a couple in the present tense for the first time!

i also want to say, that i think that when cappie told max that lie about hitting on casey, and he said he still wasnt over her, i think that he was talking to casey there, letting her know that he still likes her too. and that is all.

I think cap will give her some time to think about it, but then again, its the end of the worlds and he wants to be with her. He'll definatly take her back, but when and why? Of course he wanted whats best for her, they didnt work, but shes still coming back and hes telling her she has a better option. Soon though he will realize that hes the only right choice. He gave her a chance to think about it, she did, and chose to keep him even if they arent together. Finally she realized it [filtered word], unless its him. I think casey saw the mature side of cap, and she knows that he wants whats best for her. I cant wait for greek to return!!! They need to get together, i love Jordan and Rusty, and Ashley and Fisher need to be seen more! Ohh, Grant and Calvin are the best too!

it was such an amazing episode, with the whole cappie and casey, thing.
Next season, i would like to see new characterss. that brings in dramaa!

Cappie and Casey will rock Evan and Cappie's rekindled friendship which wouldn't be good. Plus they've both grown since freshman year and a relationship is never the same as it was. Casey needs to stop taking people for granted and just assuming they'll be there when she wants them.

Poor Max, I think he wanted the serious relationship he had with his ex and that misguided him when he choose to give up caltech.

Rusty needs to sort out his life as an actually college student and not walk off for a party when he needs to knuckle down on his work.

Heath shouldn't have graduated! He was like a clever funny guy. I think he really did care about Calvin. And what was his nickname in the end? We could have atleast had a franny like good bye. Though it would have been nice to see a friendship between Heath and Rusty.

Franny really pulled through at the last minute and mirrored her beginning relationship with Casey. Good ending but the show will miss her actions on greek row.

Okay, first off: Greek is awesome(;
Anyway, I can see where Cappie's going with not taking Casey back. Like what everyone else says, he just doesn't want to get hurt again. Although I like the idea of Max/Casey, they don't belong together. But, I'm getting this strange feeling that IF Cappie/Casey happens again next season, it [filtered word] out, yet again. Casey's too fickle minded to actually stay with him. I think Casey should stay single for a while. Same thing with Cappie. And I don't mean stay single but still akweirdly bumping into each other causing some funky friction. Just simple singleness.
As for Rusty/Jordan, keep them as they are. They're finally happy and I feel happy for Rusty in particular, especially since Jordan's really the first girl since Jen K. BUT, it would be a tad bit interesting to bring back Andy for an episode or two. Haha.
As for Rabecca, I say, let her bounce around. Even let her be man-deprived. It'll be good for her. Let Evan be an actually good house president. Dale... I hope he doesn't change, honestly. He's kind of the show's comical relief and, I guess you could say, he tilts the show's "spiritual" balance. For Calvin/Grant, focus a bit more on them. They actually seem promising, unlike his past partners. I know a lot of people are really interested in their implied relationship. In fact, I hope Greek focuses more on the incoming Juniors (Rusty, Jordan, Dale, Calvin, etc.).
GAH! 10 weeks of being Greekless. Whoo.

This was a really great episode! I mean yes, I was totally upset Cappie & Casey didn't get together at the end, but I know they will hopefully be together when next season starts! I did kind of feel bad for Max, but I don't think Max was the right guy for Casey. He kind of pushed things a little to much I think by giving up CalTECH for her. After that things just got weirder with Max & Casey. You could just tell. I kind of was thinking though I understand why Cappie turned Casey down not only because he thought that he was going to get hurt again, but also do ya'll remember the last time they really talked Casey basically told Cappie to get lost. I think he was having a really hard time with Casey all of the sudden saying that she loved him after all this time, but I really hope that Cappie can see that they really do belong together. I guess we will just have to see what happens in august
