i'm still buying it. if you don't buy it, here's what will happen: they will take it off the shelves because stores aren't making money off of it. and thats it. nothing will happen. that will just prove that it was a good decision to cancel the show. no one bought the dvd beacause no one watched the show. I just wanted to let ABC know that they canceled an amazing show, full of great characters, plots and twists. I absolutely loved this show. I vote for a season 4 not some stupid mini to explain how it ends. BRING KYLE XY BACK !!!!

I dont know if you's have heard but I have organized a new campaign called Twitter XY what we do is every monday night at 9 p.m. eastern time log into to twitter (If you have an account) and tweet #savekylexy as much as possible for a whole hour.
We are trying to make it a trending topic so the whole world will see what is going on.

I just recently saw all series of Kyle XY and I am so mad that ABC family canceled this show. I really loved it and I can't get it. You guys did the biggest mistake!!! Lot of people just now get to know of this show and they love it. It is your damn problem that you can't get enough viewers for your channel!
Season 3 opened so many unsolved problems and questions and aahhhh!!!! It is stupid, seriously!!!!!!!!!!

See Abcfamily, Kyle XY was canceled almost a year ago and there are still fans VERY unhappy about the cancelation and there will be fans unhappy about the cancelation for A VERY LONG TIME until you give us what we really want! Get your heads out of your [filtered word], stop claiming to "know" what we want, stop claiming to care about what we want when you really don't, when you know that you really don't give a [filtered word] damn about what we really want and show us and Kyle XY some [filtered word] respect!

I just registered to ABC Family in order to respond to this particular 'update'. Comet- This is MORE than just a copout, here's reminding everyone that there wont really be any interesting/new information included in the DVD designed in hopes of getting a payout from disappointed fans. I feel the need to warn any fans who feel like adding to their "Christmas List"- an item conveniently being released in time for Christmas, to please realize that we already saw all three seasons while the show was still primetime. We could all detect that the show was being rushed during the third season- the writers scrambling to ensure that we got as much of the story as possible, with certain doom pending. Following the "series finale", there was a message aired instructing us to visit the ABC Family website to 'get the scoop' on how the series ends. (Written not-surprisingly in the same tone as this current update... like we should somehow be totally thrilled http://community.abcfamily.go.com/blogs/kyle-xy/writerco-producer-julie-... ) There is obviously enough of a following that timing a belated, christmas-released, series DVD would seem profitable. I'm certainly not going to waste my money on a show with no ending... complete with the 'would-have-beens' that are already transcribed on the website. "Now you can suffer through 69 episodes to once again- hit the dead end that angered us all!!!" Maybe another network needs to buy the rights to the show.

Ok so first off YESSSSSSSSSSS I am excited for the season and its only my christmas list! Though im excited, abcfamily this is not what i or any of the fans want. we would have preferred you tell us that you changed you minds and are going to continue the show. if you did that then you would have definitely heard all of us screaming from excitement and most likely felt the earth shake from us jumping up and down. But since this isnt the case i would like to say thank you for putting this great show on, even though it did not last long. Thank you for putting out the season and giving us that extra bonus that sums it all up!!!!!!!! Thank you for at least trying to please us. To be honest. I never watched Kyle XY when it was on TV. I don't even remember what day it was on or what time, because I had many other TV shows to watch as well. BUT, I have been watching Kyle XY religiously online for the past few weeks... staying up way late at night because I just had to watch one more episode... and then another and another and another. I completely fell in love with the show. I am pissed because I just finished watching the last episode of season 3. The fact that the show left its viewers with such a cliffhanger is absurd, but what really drives me crazy is the fact that the show was canceled for its ratings and that RUBY AND THE ROCKITS and 10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU and even SECRET LIFE OF THE AMERICAN TEENAGER are supposedly shows that could do better? I admit, I watch these shows... mostly because they aired in the summer when normal good programming isn't on. BUT NONE OF THESE SHOWS CAN COME CLOSE TO KYLE XY. None of them are as smart, sexy, suspenseful or emotional. I cried tears- happy and sad while watching Kyle XY. The other shows require no intellect whatsoever and are bland. ABC Family mad a horrible decision to cancel Kyle XY because fewer people were watching it. Did it ever occur to ANYONE at this station that perhaps it was the day or time slot? Perhaps another show on a different network was taking its viewers and it would fare better some other time? Clearly not, because they were stupid enough to completely remove it from the air.

Like I said, I regretfully never watched the TV show while it was on TV. But I would gladly give up all the other crap that ABC Family shows to get this show back. And I sure HOPE ABC Family will be smart enough to at least show their crappy idea for their "wrap up" online. I will not spend a penny to buy a season with such a horrible ending.

I agree with the majority of these comments. Yes, I'm happy that they're just ending it without giving us ANY closure but I'm still pissed that we're not getting another season. THAT'S what we want ABC Family. That's what you don't seem to get. We don't want to go out and buy the DVDs to find out what happens. We want to watch it on our TVs week after week and discuss it with our friends, connect with complete strangers over it, etc. Not this. No offence, but you must not know how we the fans feel if you think that this will make us "cheer". The ONLY reason why were going to buy this DVD is because we LOVE Kyle XY, NOT because it gives us closure. I really would like to know who wrote this. I mean this person had better get some tuition on human psychology. There is no way any fan who has been hugely disappointed and hurt by the cancellation of the best show ABC Family EVER had on air would cheer at a short wrap-up, when what we have all asked for was a REAL closure showing some respect to the regular viewers.

Wake-up call guys: we are NOT going to cheer and we are NOT going to stop demanding a complete 4th season giving us real, well put together answers to the hundreds of questions left opened in the worst cliff-hanger ending ever in the history of television.

Get a grip, ABCF, you made the biggest mistake ever cancelling Kyle XY and you are not getting off THAT easily.

This is not closure. This is a cop out. This is ABCF trying to make us go away, stop sending the SPKs and letters to them and other networks. They believe this will stop the campaign because it is THE END. No other network will pick it up because the "questions are answered". Believe me, ABCF, the fans are NOT cheering. They are booing YOU! Bad Form, ABCF.

Kyle XY Fans! Do not get discouraged. The campaign will continue. We got through the last episode of season three, we got through the Julie Plec "Here's how it all was supposed to go" interview, we got through the year without a new season starting YET! We will get through this too!!

Not trying to be rude and all I'm glad you made the effort do do that, but we would be cheering and satisfied WAY MORE if we had another season.
