Oh, brother, do we have killer spoilers from the "Kyle XY" series finale!

OK, what's bigger than finding out Cassidy is Kyle's brother?! Whooooooa!

That's right, Kyle and Cassidy have the same mother -- some mysterious, completely scary Latnok member named Grace Kingsley. (It's a safe bet she'll never win Mother of the Year.) Cassidy drops this bomb just as Kyle's about to do something very un-Kyle-like to him.

Speaking of which, did you notice that when Cassidy threatened Jessi, Kyle got miffed -- but when he threatened Amanda, Kyle went medieval? Hmmmmm. Then again, how do "butterflies" stack up against blowing out a circuit every time you kiss?

But back to brotherly un-love ...

How can Kyle be related to a lying, conniving killer like Cassidy? Seriously, a hot accent only goes so far.

The good news is that Kyle destroys the formula Latnok needs to create the clones. (As tempting as it is to think of 100 smoking-hot Kyle look-alikes wandering the Earth, the experiment is just too creepy for words.) The world is safer, if a little uglier, for Kyle's efforts. But it makes you wonder.

In other news ...

Nate is officially a bad guy. Still hot, though.

Andy's gone, but, thanks to Declan and a little computer magic, she and Josh can see each other anytime they want.

Mark turns out to be a good guy. Phew!

Amanda wants Kyle back. Uh-oh.

In the end, Kyle leaves us like he came into the world: Shrouded in mystery, faced with life's biggest questions. Throughout the years, he answered so many. But maybe some questions just aren't meant to be answered.

It´s the WORST series finale I´ve ever seen! It would be good episode if it´s just another episode, but ending series in the middle of story, where nothing is finished... I´ve never seen anything like that Sad It was great series, really great, pity it ended like that... well, didn´t end at all. What really happened with that show?! It can´t be, that good writers make up this kind of finale.

My friends from ABCFamily, thanks for all the good shows you have presented us.
I'm from Portugal and I'm extremely disappointed for 2 reasons.
First of all the end of this amazing show but I understand some of the reasons that might be on the core of your decisions. As a major maxim "All the good this come to a end" and I'm OK with that.
The second, and I really think this is at your reach, is the way that it ended. It's outrageous!
If a good thing ends at least you should ensure that it as some closure.
With dignity and with respect for the actors, viewers and fans (that I am).
I congratulate you for the creation of the show but please have some consideration for the people who actually sees the show (not to be bad or anything, the ones who really appreciate the show and pays to see).
At least make one last episode to clarify some pertinent questions and we all know what they are.
Remember that Portugal might send a dog to your President (Mr. Obama), if so I'll be powerful enough to make do a complete new season (Just joking of course...)
I'm sorry for my English, I've done me best to express myself respectfully, please do it so.
It's your duty.

Okay here is the way i see it. abc family dont have any new ideas or at least any good ones to put up for kyle XY. Okay everyone loves Kyle XY so they said it was a Series finale but i think not. My thoughts say that after a while when they see that everyone really loves the show thell start thinking of good ideas and put the show back on the air. and thats why we were left with so many questions and little answers on the series finale. Its not Over.

Mad This so called series finale was TERRIBLE! I was so sad to hear that this show was ending, it was an actually truelly original show that was unlike any other on tv. It was my favorite thing to watch because it made me wonder what was happening next. Cudos to the writers UNTIL THIS LAST ONE! How the heck was that an ending! I'm with all the people out there that want the show back. But if I had to deal with the loss you should have gave us fans something more to satisfy a great show.

Ugh. No more ABC Family for me UNLESS you either,
a) Bring back Kyle XY, the show that brought you from a lame, unpopular channel no one watched to a very successful and popular network,
or,
b) Have the decency to release Kyle to another network that will actually appreciate it.

Although I like Jessi I am not for Kyle and Jessi getting together. I really think they would only get annoyed with one another. Jessi is very dark and Cassidy said it, Kyle spends a lot of time being her anchor and it must be draining. Of course Kyle would say what he said, she is my friend and I would do anything for her. Such a Kyle thing to say and do. And I think Jessi would have a hard time (in her mind) living up to what she imagines Kyle is, not damaged. I can see Jessi going through a lot of changes too and maybe getting closer to what Kyle is but I don't think she will ever not have that edge which I think she would have had even IF the Trager's had found her before Latnok did. Just as I think Kyle would have still had the fierce values he does if he had been in Jessi's place.

Just like Lifetime canceling 'Blood Ties' I now have one more network I refuse to watch for cutting out a good series. And this supposed 'series finale'??? What a joke. Even Roswell at least had a valid conculsion to it after its 3 year run. Of course the WB had some other good shows on it to keep my attention and they realize the irrate fan base might boycott them for a shotty ending. But really, ending the series with Cassidy saying he's Kyle's brother? What, ABC FAMILY, you couldnt shell out the brain power to at least give a conculsion that makes sense and gives fans a bit of closure??? At least I wont have to turn to your channel anymore, as Kyle XY's characters and NORMAL dialog was the only thing keeping me here.

PS- Secret Life is a horribly acted and scripted show with no plot.

Kyle XY is like the only good show on ABCfamily. please dont cancel it just when kyle finds out that cassidy is his brother (which i dont think is truee Puzzled ), and kyle relizes he has feelings for both jessi and amanda. i think that is stupid because you saved a cliffhanger like this for the finale. How offensive to cancel a show that has run as long as "Kyle XY" has and then not give it a proper finale. It's clear the series was canceled and the producers weren't given the opportunity to do a proper finale and all we got was a season finale cliffhanger. I won't invest in another ABC Family original series again seeing how you treat a long running show.

Jessi was totally meant to end up with Kyle, they're totally soul mates and most people think so too. I think the cutest part was when Kyle got back from Latnok and the first thing he did was made sure Jessi was okay. It was soooo cute when he hugged her, Jessi's face lit up like a Christmas tree. It was adorable.

I agree with Pandora-xcore, I have no reason to watch ABC family without Kyle XY, the other programs are mostly products of poor writing and talentless actors. I will not be tuning into ABC family (or ABC for that matter) without Kyle XY.

Seriously, I don't watch any show on ABC Family rather than Kyle XY, really, so without, you just lost another viewer. I mean, all the other shows like Greek (seems to have a season every other month), The Secret Life (on way too much and it's not even really that good), get rid of them! For now, no more watching the station nuntil you guys do something about Kyle XY.

I am so pissed! That seriously couldnt have been the ending of the show? I havent watched abc family since and I will continue not to watch it. Its so stupid... The point of the series finale is to finalize the show not bring up more questions and suprises only to tell us thats it. You need to:
1. Fire the people who came up with this stupid ending
2. Sell the show to someone who wont disappoint everyone in the end
3. Kill yourselves for building up the last episode to be something its not

ok...so with all of this questions it does not seem like they are cancelling kyle xy which would have been horrible and im soo happy that there not because with all of these new questions what are we going to do....ummm well i think that it makes a lil sense that cassidy and kyle are related but i think they only have the same looks, not actions. i really dont think they should look that much in to it...i mean they are not really bothers, its more they just being related you have to act like it. a part of me feels that kyle was tooo nice so a lil hatred in him wont hurt. i mean u cant let someone ruin ur whole life and not take action. that is why i think that jessi is good for kyle and not amanda. amanda is too nice, and well shes kinda stupid....but hey we all ask questions. i think kyle and jessi have more in common and could be a much stronger and better couple...definelty more interesting. umm as for andy and josh i think tht they will stay together...but eventually go different ways. im happy that mark is a good guy cause he seems good for lori even though i love her with declean. i will be interested to see what else happens and cant wait for the next season Smiling

1. Adam is Kyle's dad, not brother, sooooo cassidy's dad might be adam also.....or or or, Kyle is just a "clone" of adam and grace kingsley together..... i don't know..... the viewers need more kyle xy to see what happens next!!!!

I really want to try and create a fan based, fan funded kyle XY series or miniseries. I have no experience with matters like this but when i get an idea in my head i don't quit until i get what i want! Kyle character and kyle's fans deserve better than this. We have the power to change the system. Thanks to modern technology and media outlets i think that we can trump the outdated studio system of programing and ratings. With the power of the internet and blogs and facebook (last on is important, more later) i think that we can put together enough support and money to present the network with a fait accompli. In my humble opinon the first step is to get a large enough following on facebook (i find myspace kinda creepy...sorry) Then we will have a sold platform from which to launch a campaign. Think it over. If you come to the same conclusion join the facebook group and then we can move from there. With a big enough fan base, and enough wave making, ABCF will have to listen, the idea is to make it financially attractive to them. I am all for boycotting the network but I think that in this case the carrot is better than the stick and if we give them an opportunity to make some easy money with a pre-funded series it will hard for them to turn their backs on us

I watched Kyle Xy once and kept coming back each week. When Monday nights made it difficult I enjoyed it on Tuesday evenings. Then I heard it was going into "Final Episodes"? Excuse me? Okay, someone made a decision. One I totally don't agree with. Kyle XY is a great show and I found it very enjoyable and interesting.
I have no interest in the other shows advertised on ABC Family. I truly wish Kyle XY could be revivied or rescheduled. I don't know how much value is given to Kyle Xy's fan base? When we are watching other channels and letting your "ratings" dip -you may understand how little we appreciate having Kyle XY canceled.

I agree with you one hundred percent. How can you just end a series like that? I mean really! Too much is left unanswered. We, the viewers, barely got any notice that the show would end so abruptly. Did the contract end or what?
This show had everything in it: science fiction, romance, conflict, drama, self-discovery, action & adventure, suspense, tragedy, etc...This last episode seemed more like a season finale with a glimpse of what's to come next than a series finale. All of the bloggers supporting Kyle XY are correct to do so because it appeals to a wide range of audiences. I was a devoted fan to that show and will continue to be. The actors are talented, and despite the fact that the plot isn't real, it incorporated alot of reality into it, meaning the relationships between the characters and the events. People can connect to the triangle of Kyle, Jessi, and Amanda; Jessi's search for a place she belongs; Declan feeling like he is inadequate without basketball; Kyle being the ultimate nice-guy who has to sacrifice himself and who he is to protect or be loyal;Josh who has to deal with love, sex, and separation; Andy with 2 lesbian moms, cancer, and such; Lori who can't figure things out, struggling artist, and miserable. How does Secret Life compare to that? How does any of ABC Family's shows compare? Why couldn't the watchers get a vote on the matter? I really think we deserved a warning or something. Not to mention the actors that got their start, first recognition, or fame on thet show? What about their careers? How can we be expected to just accept this? The rights to the show should get sold to another network, or Kyle XY can return with a new title and mission: shutting down the experiment.
