The "Lincoln Heights" star is set to release his second LP, "The Yearbook," this fall.
You already know him as Mishon Ratliff, the adorable kid who turned into a hottie before your very eyes as Tay on "Lincoln Heights." This fall, you can get to know him as simply Mishon -- the amazingly cool R&B singer.
"The Yearbook" is Mishon's first release since his 2005 breakout album, "Youngsters," which was released by Dynasty Records. Two singles from the new album, "Excuse Me, Mama" and "Just a Kiss," are already getting play and stirring up buzz that Mishon is the real deal.
He sure is. Mishon even produced the album with the help of legendary producer Vincent Herbert, who has worked with Lady Gaga, Destiny's Child, and Toni Braxton. Herbert is releasing "The Yearbook" on his Streamline Records label, a joint venture with Interscope.
Even though "The Yearbook" doesn't come out until the fall, you've probably already heard one of its songs on "Lincoln Heights." Mishon sang the ballad "Sideline" during the "Prom Night" episode. (Swoon.)

I saw one of his videos recently and I had no idea that he even sang professionally! He sounds great and promotes a positive image for young men. Keep up the great work Mishon!
I heard his songs "Excuse Me Mama" and "Just A Kiss" and I love them both
I think he is adorable and he can sing. He shot up from being just shorter than Lizzie to inching past his dad, Eddie. I know his CD will do very well. But, I'm waiting to hear a little more bass in his delivery. Move out the way, Usher, Chris Brown, etc. Mishon is coming up. (*_*)
