The Rock's mother-daughter fashion show raises money ... and some eyebrows.

The Rock is in the red. So, if the girls are going to compete at Nationals, they have to think up a way to raise some serious cash. Fast.

Lightbulb! A mother-daughter fashion show! Brilliant! But all the drama in this episode of "Make it or Break it " is NOT on the catwalk. (Oh, how we LOVE this show!)

First of all, we can't really figure Lauren out. One minute, she's Kaylie's BFF. The next, she's telling Kaylie's boyfriend, Carter , that she wants to be his friend with benefits. And then, at the fashion show, Lauren steals Emily's sexy outfit and struts down the runway, flaunting herself in front of Carter.

But the BIGGEST oh-no-she-DIDN'T moment comes when Lauren tells Kaylie's mom that Kaylie and Carter are going to have sex that night -- betraying her friend's confidence and Kaylie's plan to lose her virginity. (But is that really such a bad thing?) Plus, now, because of Lauren's big mouth, Kaylie and Carter could get kicked off the team.

All together now: Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

But hold up. We also learn that Lauren's mom isn't a saint who's working in Darfur. Oh, no. She's actually an addict who's abandoned Lauren and her dad.

Now don't you feel bad for thinking all those horrible things about Lauren?

No? OK. You've got a point.

But seriously, is Lauren evil or just misunderstood? Or maybe she's just the fiercest girl who's ever nailed a beam.
