I agree with SillyD... let's not know the Middleman's name until, maybe, the end of the show. And I expect it to be something like Norbert or Mordecai or such.
I third that. Until, hopefully, the end of the show, he'll just have to go with being referred to as "Sexy Bossman". And afterwards, everyone can make fun of the Middleman's real name that probably has one of those unusual rings to it, until the time when someone else has an absurd name and we move onto that person and ridicule them instead.

How does The Middleman celebrate the 4th of July? ... What kind of toothbrush does he use? ... How many languages does he speak? ... Of all the things you've done with The Middleman so far, what one thing do you think you'll look back on in 10 years and say is the highlight (you know, other than getting to make it a TV show)? ... Does Noser get a love interest? ... Are there any crossovers you would love to do with The Middleman and other comic characters?
I haven't had time to catch up on all the Javi-Casts, so forgive if this question has been asked...
Do we get to know MM's real name in this season?
Also, what exactly is the age gap between Wendy and MM? From the comics it looks like a lot, but your fantastic actors make it seem like there isn't that big of a difference.

I know this might be a dumb question but... Do the Green Eisenhower jackets have any significance besides being the MM "dress code"?... Or is it just like a "Hey, look at this jacket that MM wears, isn't it so green?" type of thing? If they do, don't give away any part of the story!!! I wanna be surprised!
Is the Middleman East-coast or West-coast (have I already missed the forest for the trees on that one?) Will there be any Pittsburgh/Carnegie-Mellon references?
Speaking of MM's exclamations, are they all scripted, or have some of them been ad-libs? I can just imagine Matt breaking up the cast and crew by saying something totally adsurb.

hi javi, I've been a fan of the comic for a long time and even got a chance to meet you and les at san diego. I have 2 questions:I was wondering if you were planning to have the middleman go to africa?
2. Will there be more middleman comics coming out?
Would you consider this show to be a new detective-type series, (like CSI or L&O) or just a comedy/action/drama/sci-fi/lots of other genres that have meanings along the lines of "everything imaginable", type of show?
So, there's ten levels in the Middleman HQ, but where's the cool, retro pneumatic tube system? Was this miracle of corporate-industrial engineering omitted due to such a system being used between the Dharma stations on Lost?

While I enjoy the playful, antagonistic banter between Wendy and Ida, I fear that the give-and-take could become so heated that one or the other may feel compelled to unleash the most terrifying weapon in the Middleman arsenal, the Middle...Finger!!! Should this devastating, highly classified weapon ever be deployed onscreen, can you, Javi, personally guarantee that this dreadful device is properly obscured, so that its inner workings don't fall into the wrong (ahem) hands?

I Middle-amend my question from before: Personally, I think that the Middleman HQ operates on the west coast/LA standpoint. However I'm judging by the preponderance of plastic surgery...But Wendy seems so New York Art School frustrated temp. Which is it? And will there be any Pittsburgh references? We particularly love for Penguins to be mentioned on things.
I'm sure you have the final say on music, but who has been 'discovering' the artists/songs used so far? I ask because I'm really enjoying the music.
What is the Middleman's personal theme song ("Clean living was his credo and justice was his pride...") heard in the pilot and fourth episode? It's driving me nuts.
Who paints Dub Dub's paintings? And where are they now? And how secure is that facility to ward out sneaky MiddleFans who might want paintings?

Some people are asking for TheMiddleman's name. I am here asking to not know it. I think it is part of the mystery and funness(it is to a word) of the show to just not know his name.
But if we have to learn it. I hope it is something like Larry or Fred. I am just saying.
