Hi, on the revious Javi-Cast you mentioned that Wendy's father's name Peter and his absence as an aviator was in reference to another pop culture heroine - was it Emma Peel? Her husband in the Avengers was Peter Peel who disappeared according to the show while flying in South America.
Great show by the way, and the quick quips are terrific.
How many Middlemen has Sensi Ping trained?
Hi Javi! Does the Middleman ever take a vacation? Where would he go? The show has mentioned Wendy getting a paycheck - does she also get other benefits (vacation, health, dental, flexible spending accounts of pre-tax dollars)? What was the Middleman's childhood like? When we get to 5 successful seasons, can we spin off The Adventures of Young Middleman? Do you have a better idea for a future spinoff? Comic books do lots of cross-overs - are there any cross-overs you'd like to do? Since this is ABC-Family, which is a Disney network, have you given any thought to what The Middleman: The Ride would be? Ooh... can we keep it in the Disney family and have a Kim Possible crossover?
We know you guys are capable of getting popular guest stars... (Like Varsity Fanclub) What other guest stars that would be known to the average person over the age of 15 have you been thinking about? Have you gotten a gurantee from some of them? Who would be your "dream guest star" to have on the show?

In the most recent episode (The Boyband Superfan Interrogation) the android Ida's battery was depleted and she "died", but a new Ida has been delivered mysteriously at the end of the episode. Will this Ida be able to transform from her old schoolmarm shape since she is a new model? If not, why not?
Just in case I don't get a chance to ask Javi this in San Diego: The episodes are amazingly jam-packed with jokes and concepts, and yet, the show is lean with hardly any detectable throw-away filler. Does an episode from an original script get pitched to you essentially in its entirety, or do you engage in a round-robin in the writers' room with everyone getting a chance to hold the Stupid Stick? One episode that comes to mind is the recent Zombie one that had trout-craving zombies, Peruvian Flying Pikes, the !!!! energy drink, a sub-plot involving Lacey's mother, and...Art Crawl!!! Whew!

What's the Middleman's father's name? I doubt I'll get the answer to that one. Do you plan to bring back Tyler at some point?
Chocoholics anonymous! I was recently on your blog and saw that the Middleman was in danger of being cancelled. Seeing that bit of devastating news inspired me to create this user account so as to post this message. The show gives me something to look forward to on Monday nights, and I'm going to pick up the comics the next time I'm at a bookstore. Now, I realize that you and your team are going to finish out the first season, but I'd like to know percentage wise what the chances are of the Middleman coming back for a second season. I REALLY hope it comes back because Natalie and Matt make a great comedy team. Their contrasting facial expressions in some scenes is absolutely hysterical. Keep kicking the tires and lighting the fires.
HI JAVI! I love your work but I do have one question. WHY no Wendy and MM getting together! Natalie and Matt have such great chemistry that you can't help but want to see them together. Is it possible that they could wind up together later in the show? Please give this pathetic hopless romantic some hope! LOL Love ya!

Wait, there are threats to cancel the show? Haven't they noticed that this show is bringing families together? In and odd, addictive TV madness sort of way, but it is still bringing them together. And, if that mushy excuse doesn't work, we can always go Sensei Ping on 'em.

I had a question : is the theme song an homage to this 60's show for wich the theme song lyrics were also only the name of the show (and the name of the hero), but sung repetitively? And are there other shows that have such influence on the Middleman?

Dude what I want to know now after the latest episode is will Wendy and The middleman have feelings because Forget Lacey I want Middle man and Wendy together as I am sure so many other people do and at the end it looked as though Wendy was not happy that sexy boss man was dancing with Lacey.
