Below lies a SPOILER for 'The Middleman' episode 7, 'The Cursed Tuba Contingency.' Stay far, far away if you wish to remain pure for Monday's festivities. But if you must know a tidbit of what's to come -- RIGHT NOW! -- then read on: It finally happens: The Middleman and Lacey go on a date!
Well ... sorta.
The two do start watching a movie together, but do they get to finish it? You'll have to wait for the episode to find out. I will say that when Lacey knows what she wants, she goes for it, full steam ahead. And I'll just add that they're very, very sweet together.
So, watch ABC Family on Monday night at 10/9c to see if cursed tubas, eccentric philanthropists, and the highly anticipated return of succubus Roxy Wasserman will get in the way of the Middleman and Lacey's courtship!
MM and Lacey get comfy together while watching the classic Western 'Ride Lonesome.' What's your ultimate date movie?

Can't help it... Must scream it to the world... I LOVE Gilmore Girls!!! It ties with the Middleman for best show on abc family, in my book. =3 Both have the face-paced conversations that are full of references to other shows, movies, and celebs that make a show worth watching.
I know I've been posting way too much, but I just want to clear up something... I meant to say "fast-paced", not "face-paced". It makes a lot more sense... =/
Yea MM and Lacey do look good together, I must say. As long as my girl Wendy is free.

All of the episodes so far are great but Natalie Morales has been fantastic specially when she smiles, my 2nd favorite is Lacy. Great job

I know that we are not supposed to get angry at things like this, but I just can't restrain myself from pointing out... Why, Sandy, do you type "lyk" and "dis" like that? It's only two extra letters, and it makes you sound so much more intelligible! Why, oh why?! *Clears throat* Okay, now that I've gotten that off of my chest... It looks like they filmed it on an actual boat, doesn't it? I thought the scene where they were fighting in the hallway looked like that of many cruise ships I've seen. Still, I don't think they actually filmed it on a ship... It would have been a lot of money for scenes that they could easily make sets for. It would be fantastic if they did shoot it on a ship, though! =D
How do people know mm name and I cant believe Wendy and mm arent goning to be a thing.

And all I did was express my feelings about chat speaking. =) Honestly, I wasn't trying to be mean... And about what you think of the Middleman... Well, I'll just stay out of that, because once I start I'll say things I surely don't mean, and this isn't a place for fighting, so... Did anyone else find it funny when they were in the band room when Wendy and MM both shouted out, "Mr. Rogers!"? Whenever I watch that, I always imagine a little puppet playing the tuba in Mr.Roger's kiddy show. ^_^

OMG they should totally hook up they look soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cute together i cant belive that he said that they couldnt be together but i think that by the end of the season they will be together. heyy does anyone know if there is ganna be another season

Ride Lonesome! I bet I was the only person in the whole viewing audience who has seen that movie. Say it on the big screen at the Egyptian in Hollywood - fabulous movie. Thanks for using it and not going with one of the usual staples of Hollywood westerns.
And did you guys film on a real ship? Queen Mary?
I hope that MM and Lacey do end up together. Wanda has this new guy... I can't remember his name. But Lacey and MM are perfect. She's totally opposite him and that's what rocks about it. But we shall see as the season progresses.

I would be happy to. Okay... *Turns to announcer-type voice* Wendy Watson, an artist that is not yet known to the world basically hates temp jobs, but sadly, they are all she can get, at the moment. While working at her current temp job in a laboratory, something goes terribly wrong and a hentai tentacle monster (a big green glob with arms and eyes, basically) is created and unleashed in the lab. She bravely faces the abomination, and in doing so impresses the man known as only one thing, "the Middleman". After being fired from her job and being rejected by all of the newspaper ads, she goes back to the illegal sublet she shares with another young, photogenic artist (Lacey) and learns that she got a call from a temp agency that wants to have an interview with her. She takes off, soon to find out that the 'temp agency' was actually a very secretive organization, run by the Middleman, that solves exotic problems; hence the hentai tentacle monster. This show is the story of Wendy's life of being both a young, undiscovered artist and one of two people who saves the world on an almost daily basis. *Lets out breath* Wow... That felt good. ^^ I hope that helped a bit, but in order to got the full experience, you should watch one of the episodes. Who knows; maybe you'll become a Middlefan.
This has got to be the best episode yet, and they keep getting better every week! Can't wait for the next one. I just hope Lacey and the Middleman figure out that they really do make a great couple by the end of the season, or I think my heart will break a little. I don't know about you all, but my two favorite parts: the idea of a tuba + string quartet ensemble on the titanic, and the Middleman actually taking milk with him to the movies like that!

thanks for the basic summery of the show.maybe i will watch a episode of the middleman.so other shows do u like.i for one love greek,lincoln heights,and 7th heaven.there are some other shows i like to.
oh i forgot a show i love gilmore girls.that show rox!!!!!i wish they would have all the episodes of gilmore girls so i could watch them all the time
