In this week's episode, "Pledge Allegiance," Casey and Max finally go on a real date.

It looks bad for the new couple when Casey awkwardly tries to be someone she's not (someone who's not interested in ZBZ or life's little annoyances, like Frannie snaking her parking spot). She realizes that her thing with Max is doomed if she stays on that path, and she learns that Max wants her for who she is -- not for who she thinks she should be.
