Here's a tidbit about "Ruby & The Rockits" star David Cassidy you may not know.
OK. You may know about his 18 gold and platinum albums, and his four consecutive multi-platinum releases. Or that David's one of the few performers who's had hit songs on the charts in every decade since the 1970s.
But did you know that his fan club was even bigger than Elvis Presley's or the Beatles'?

Wow, I never thought that this would be a family collaboration but I am really happy to see the Cassidy's back on television. I am old enough to remember The Partridge Family before they were reruns and The Hardy Boys. I also saw Shaun Cassidy in concert when I was in 10th grade (1977-78). Shaun's name has been seen in the behind the scenes credits on several shows. Now if Shirley Jones would just show up as Grandma that would be awesome. This show was adorable and I will be watching. I still have my Partridge Family record and my sister and I have been able to buy some of the CD's of the original music. I can sing all of the songs. Thanks for a wonderful trip down memory lane.

I am A Huge david cassidy fan since the frist day i saw the partridge family show all those years ago and plus huge fan of shaun they both do somethibg to me i can't explain but I love them both .

I am also a big fan of David Cassidy. When the Partridge Family first came on the air my family did not have a tv at the time because the one we had blew out during a storm. I had to go over to my aunts house to watch it. I first heard the single "I Think I Love You" when it was given to me by my first boyfriends sister for my birthday & I was a fan of Davids singing right then & I still am interested in hearing him sing but rarely get a chance to get cds of my own with a 14 year old daughter in the house who has a fascination of her own. I am eager to see this new show.
