Those amazing Cassidy brothers are back and better than ever with "Ruby & The Rockits."
Real-life half brothers David Cassidy and Patrick Cassidy star in "Ruby & The Rockits," a comedy about a pair of brothers who were once pop stars. David and Patrick bring a lot of their own experiences to their roles.
After all, David is THE David Cassidy -- of "The Partridge Family" and all-around OMG-he's-one-of-the-biggest-teen-idols-who-ever-walked-the-planet fame. Patrick's a megawatt star of a little place you might have heard of called, ahem, Broadway.
Backing them up behind the scenes is Shaun Cassidy, Patrick's bro and David's half bro. Shaun was a teen idol in his own right too, with hit songs and a hot show ("The Hardy Boys"), before he became a big-time TV producer. Some of his executive-producing credits include "Invasion" and "Cold Case."
Now the brothers are all joining forces for "Ruby & The Rockits" ... and it's destined to take off as the ultimate family act.

I too have been a Cassidy fan for 40+years...glad to see The Brothers finally workibg together. I hope they can get all the great teen idols of their day to make guest apperances. It would allow many generations to enjoy the fun.
My favorite is Shawn went to see him for my 18th birthday. Da Doo Run Run!!! I hope Shawn pop out from behind the scenes once in awhile.
I attended the tapings of two shows. Patrick and David are very talented comedic actors. The writing was clever and witty. The show has something for everyone...but most important, it is funny!
I've been following the Cassidy Bros for the past 40 years (yes, I'm THAT old!) & both Cassidy man has his strengths- Patrick brings Broadway to the stage with his height & powerful voice, while David still has the smile & energy that make women of all ages smile!
