Let's review who's with who and what's up with that, shall we?
OK, we've just seen the last "The Secret Life of The American Teenager" episode of the season, and love is definitely in the air. There's baby John, who everyone loves of course, but there's also a LOT of action in the works. Let's look at that.
We've just covered the Adrian-Ricky sitch here... who knows where those two are headed? We wish them the best. Sorry, Max. We loved you, but ... well, Adrian didn't. That's the breaks.
And we talked all about Grace + Jack two weeks ago here. In our poll, two-thirds of you said they'll be together again. Yay for true love! Still think so?
Which still leaves Amy + Ricky AND Amy + Ben up in the air. We know where most of you stand on that, but Amy seems really into Ben now. OTOH, who knows how motherhood will affect her. Right?
Let's not forget Tom + Tammy! Are they going a little too fast, or is that just us? After all, they ARE a little older than the rest of the kids. But what are they up to, exactly?
We also have a few new or revived couples to talk about. Can you believe how into each other Henry + Alice are again? Think they'll go the distance this time, or will they hit another speed bump ... like s-e-x?
And then there's the most unlikely couple yet: Anne + David. At least they don't have to worry about another teen pregnancy. But if Molly Ringwald is pregnant in real life, do you think maybe their first-date hookup will turn into something ... unforgettable?
OK, so there you have it. Have we forgotten any couples? What do you think will happen with all these pairs next season? Discuss!

OK, so this is how the second season is gonna go. Amy and Ben are gonna call it quits temporarily because Ben and Ricky are gonna have a major falling out regarding John and Amy is gonna have to take sides. Since Ricky is the father she's gonna side with him although wanting to side with Ben because she loves him. Ben's gonna be pissed and let Amy have it. He's gonna say something he wish he can take back, but can't, and that's when Amy slaps him and they break-up. She's gonna eventually hook-up with Ricky sometime during the season. Ben is gonna be jealous at first and then move on to some other girl who comes in and shows major interest in him. She's gonna be the aggressive type and let her intentions known relatively early. Amy's really gonna be pissed and her jealousy is going to get the best of her. The new girl is gonna spice Ben up a bit. Amy and Ricky are gonna raise John together while having little bumps here and there. Ben and Amy are gonna try and make each other jealous with their new relationships. Why? Because they love each other regardless of what they say. It's unclear if they'll hook-up b4 the season ends, but definitely will before the series ends. Ben and Amy all day long!!! Sorry Ricky lovers!!

I agree. After all that has happened with Amy - the idea that Anne would sleep with David, let alone on the first date, is DISGUSTING AND DISTURBING!!!! What kind of a message is this sending??!! Anne and George are not even divorced yet.
If this is how the writers plan on dealing with Molly's real life pregnancy - it is WRONG!!!! I, for one, have lost all respect for Anne's character. I would rather she "hide" her real pregnancy via props and staging.

The writers are trying to do way too much!! I have a perfect set up though. Seeing as how Amy and Ricky are gonna be together a lot this season, I think Ben should have some serious character development. After he goes through the development, put him with Adrien. I'm telling you that would be the perfect set up, especially if he knocked her up. I can see it now. Ben's mad because he's not the biological father of Amy's son, and then you know Amy would be pissed about Ben hooking-up with Adrien and knocking her up and she not being the mother to his child. Ricky is the boy version of Adrien and Adrien is the girl version of Ricky so it would balance out. That would offer countless possibilities and a great storyline. Then it could be how they find their way back to each other. I know I'm gonna get bashed by "Amy and Ricky" fans but that would be cool to see, especially since you could argue that Ben and Amy should be together as well as Ricky and Adrien. I know it's a long shot but that would be great. Writers if you read this blog, DO IT!!!
I think all the characters are unique in their own way. I've learned a lot from all of them. It's not fair to like one character and hate another. It's just a show anyway. I think Grace and Jack are perfect together. Ben and Amy are too. I think Ricky should just stay friends with Amy. When they had sex at bandcamp Ricky didn't care about Amy. He acted like he did so he could get in her pants. That's what guys with a lot of friends that are girls do. I'm not saying all of them are like that but most of them are. Where did you people hear Grace's dad dies and she gets an STD? I doubt that either of those things will happen. You guys shouldn't start dumb rumors like that. Can't you just wait until June? I don't think Amy will slap anyone either. She's nice sometimes. I don't think Ashley will get a boyfriend. She has enough drama going on with her family. If Molly Ringwald is pregnate in real life I bet they will make her pregnate in the show. As for Alice and Henry I think they'll be happy as long as they don't have sex again. Tom and Tammy seem happy together too. Megan Park has played a character before when she got an STD in She's Too Young. Actually her two best friends got sypillis. Idk how to spell it. Anyway, her and her friends had oral sex with guys who had sex with lots of other girls. Since she's played a bad girl before maybe she will again. Grace is an awesome character but she has gotten a lot edgier this season. She got in a fight with Adriene,she told Jack she might not wait till she's married to have sex,and she took a birth control pill. She's giving in to peer pressure. I knew she shouldn't have hung out with Ricky and Adriene. If she does get an STD it'll probably be from Jack since he's slept with Adriene and Shawna. Who knows how many guys they've been with. I hope Amy does good taking care of John. That's what matters most. I'm happy for Ben because he has Amy and he loves her. I don't think Ricky does or he ever did. Adriene's right. He has to have sex to be in love. I thought he would have sex with Grace but I was wrong. So I bet most of you are wrong about those rumors you said about Grace and Amy.
We know that Grace has sex, and her father dies, because we've found portions of the script online where it says so.
Also many many other spoilers have been let out that a character dies, Shai and Kenny have both said so.

Really? Where did you find the scripts? Whoever put them online I hope they asked for the writer's permission to put them online. I won't believe it until I see the next season. Why would someone put scripts online anyway? Prove it that Shailene and Kenny said someone was going to die. Did they say it in an interview? If it's on youtube I'd appreciate it if you pasted a link on here. I'm sorry for sounding a little mad. I just find it strange that a script for a TV show is online. Whatever happens will probably be awesome!

The scripts aren't anything major, just little bits and pieces. & Even though it could change until June, the basic plot will still be the same, you know?

Thank you so much for the link! I love spoilers. I knew Grace and Jack were gonna have sex. It also said someone was going to marry Betty. I don't think it said anyone's going to die,did it? Ben's going to have problems and Ricky's going to change. It's about time Ricky will change. I don't think it said anything about Adriene. I wonder if she'll move in with her father or go to military school. I think she should move in with her dad. Anne is going to get pregnate. That will make the show twice as juicier as last season. It's kind of weird that Anne is like copying Amy. She got a job with Amy and now she's gonna get pregnate like Amy was. I feel really sad for Grace because she's giving up her commitment to God to wait until marriage to have sex. She's going to do it with a guy she doesn't deserve. Jack is just as bad as Ricky. I think he just cares about sex. He's done it with 2 girls. Thanks again! You're probably right about things changing& the plot staying the same.

LOL, I guess my other comment got deleted as well. I'm actually happy about that, cause I kinda went on attack mode...sorry about that. Anyways, Cookie ,I kinda agree with you but not entirely. I mean looking back at the first season in it's entirety, you can find good examples of their relationship and bad just like with any relationship. You gotta remember everybody is different though, which makes us unique. Some people are "dorks", "misunderstood", "naive", "cool" etc. Just like you gave examples of the chocolate scene, and the fact he can't say no...I agree with that but he can definitely say no when it comes to significant things. He's just a kid in love. Case and point being when he initially broke up with her and told her, " I have no intention of sharing you with Ricky", basically saying enough is enough. The fact that Amy was seriously considering giving the baby up for adoption after Ben broke up with her speaks volumes. Remember, that same episode she was gonna give Ben a ring but got talked out of it by her friends. Remember that scene with the "gay couple" can't remember their names, but she was crying about Ben, genuinely, not forced. I can go on but I think you'll get my point. Just to summarize it up, relationships need work, not one is perfect. As a result, I'll give you this. We've seen Ben and Amy together now for an entire season, now it's Amy and Ricky's turn and after a season of them, we'll really be able to judge effectively. ABC, just don't make it seem like he can't get another girl lol. On Kenny Baumann's twitter it says he gets slapped by someone, I'm assuming Amy, and that's when they're gonna call it quits. Supposedly, she finds out about the bet he made with Alice and Henry at the very beginning of the show and she starts questioning his intentions. That's stupid to me though. Also, its a rumor going around that Grace contracts an STD. THAT [filtered word]!!! I didn't really say anything bad, so hopefully I don't get chastised lol

Well for right now, I get that Amy/Ben are together. But I can't wait to see Amy/Ricky together.
I was assuming it was Amy that would slap him, but once I really started thinking about it, it really could be anyone, like Alice, or Henry. Ashley could be the one to slap him as well, since I don't see Amy as the type of girl who would slap a guy, even if he was making bets on her. But I could see Ashley slapping Ben to defend her sister. I just can't wait to find out. I want the new season to come noww, loll.
Wow, Grace, and std? I would think Adrian would get an std, I'm sure you heard about Grace's dad dying as well right? I think Grace having sex and her father dying are tied together, and Grace has a hard time dealing with the loss of her father, plus the guilt of having sex against her father's wishes, but I don't think she's get an std, I hope not at least. I think Adrian might have a pregnancy scare, I didn't read anything anywhere, but it'd be interesting to see how they'd play that out.

Alright, glad to know that you like Ricky, because it another blog, you kept calling people morons about thinking something about Amy/Ricky, and not Amy/Ben. In the sneak peak blog, "Ricky's Remorse," which is the reason I called you out.
And honestly, to me it seems like Ben does whatever he can to keep Amy happy, and not in a healthy way. I mean, the girl called him over to her just so he could buy her chocolate? And the poor guy doesn't have the guts to say no to her. And she didn't even tell him, "Good Morning" or "Hi" or anything to greet him. Ben needs a girl who's going to be a bit out there. The girl that will tell him, "You're too close," or the girl that will laugh when he tells her "i love you" on the first date. The type of girl that will keep him interested and wanting more. Know what I mean?

I like the character of Ricky, a lot actually. I think he's relevant and relates well with a lot of people. I actually use to be like Ricky, minus the dad issues. I think he's extremely genuine which is a good thing. I don't have anything personal against him at all. It all comes down to Ricky and Ben. At the end of the day, it's just which character do you like more. It doesn't have to be anything hateful, it's just who do you like. With me the character, which that's all it really is, a character on a TV show "fictional", is Ben. Just like some like Ricky some like Ben. Can you guys at least agree with that. How bout this...since you guys think Ricky and Amy should hook-up who should Ben be with. And don't joke and say no one. Seriously, who do you think and tell me why? Anyone?

What? Change of heart, Brayden? I thought u were all for amy and ben. I think Ben and Adrian should hook up, 2, bc ben was like "I'm still a virgin", and at the beginning of the show all he wanted was sex, and adrian always wants sex, so...
But adrian needs someone to care about her and not just use her. That's why i loved her with max. ricky is capable of loving her, too, and i think that would be really sweet, but i still kinda want him with amy.
