In this exclusive clip from next season, Amy and Ashley face off on some super serious issues.
Seems like there's just sooo much time till "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" returns. While you're waiting, here's a first look at the season premiere. Amy (Shailene Woodley) and sister Ashley (India Eisley) just aren't seeing eye-to eye on some important questions. Like, should mom be responsible for the baby? Is the wedding a good idea? Save the date -- the all-new season starts on January 5.
What do you think? Should mom "keep" Amy's baby? Should Ashley support her sister by being at the wedding? Do you see both sides, or do you agree with one sister more than the other?

okay well i think AMY AND BEN MAKE THE GREATEST PAIR she's right shes practicly and adult plus shes already pregant she makes her own choices but her mom should be a little more supportive like atleast get amy a babysitter i mean is that so much to ask for? one thing will be enough for amy just someone to watch the baby and ashley should help her older sister too help her get money or something i mean she will expect her older sister to be there for her too,btw amy looks adorable.

i already knew they were going to get married (: i felt bad for spoiling it for myself, but i went on tv.com and the season was originally supposed to start on january 19th but now it starts the day after my birthday (woot! happy birthday to me! best gift ever!) anywhoo, the episode title is "the secret wedding of the american teenager" and before they even had the episode description, i knew what was happening
but then in the episode description, it says they're getting married. (:

I think something is going to happen before Amy and Ben get "married" like her parents will bust in or something. Secret Life is unrealistic and I think Amy is really not thinking but I can't wait for the upcoming season! Very exicting.

I think Ben and Amy should wait a couple of years to get married, although I don't think they will actually get married there will probably be something in the way. And i think Ben should have waited to tell Amy that he loved her, I belive now that he loves her but at the begining i don't think he loved her, he just wanted to love her. And I don't think Amy really fell in love with Ben at the begining either. To put things in simple words I do belive they are love now but were not when they first told eachother.

Plus I think its cool that Amy and Ben are going to get married. At least he luvs her. Unlike if she married Ricky he doesnt caare about her he just cares about sex so at least shes marrying someone she loves. Im glad shes keeping the baby.

ok people need to stop sayin ricky and amy need to get togeather because ricky changed. he did NOT change. look what he did to grace in the last episode or w/e, he finally got grace and then ask out ANOTHER girl. so if he and any get togeather hes just gonna be cheating on her.

OK so, some of you people who comment must have not really watched the show! Yes, AMY is still PREGGERS! I don't think Amy and Ben are "really" going to get married because legality would be a definite issue and the Secular or Religious Official could and probably would be sued. As far as Amy&Ben I don't know what to think. I mean he's really nice, caring and interested >like everything you want in a guy< but, I can't helping think he is really just trying to replace his Mom. (which is sad) I'm also afraid that Amy will grow tired of Ben, I know I would. I mean we all know at times he can be creepy and suffocating, which I guess makes him in a way or in a way shows his complete innocence but, I wouldn't be able to deal with him and me being pregnant you know---double the stress--- >which is completely umhealthy espescially for her. I'm not saying she and Ricky should be togther but I am saying that you know there has to be more to him than what we have saw...I mean a guy like that always have layers and when they are peeled he can truly become a beautiful person or uglier idk. I can tell that Amy is some what interested in his well being cause of her attitude towards him during the season finale, I mean he just became a person and he has hurt....and I can tell Amy would like to know more about him and his situation. Maybe because she is having HIS BABY and is worried in that sense or maybe because she's a nice person and generally cares about his well-being idk that either. I do know I can't wait for the new season as for the other characters WHO CARES! (lol) SECRET LIFE roxxxx!

Both Ben and Amy are crazy for wanting to get married, and even crazier for actually doing it. I think that's a bad idea, but I'm so excited for the new season!

omg am i the only normal person in this world who thinks that its a totally bad idea for them to get married like come on now want normal 15 year old boy would marry a girl that was pragnent with a baby that wasnt even his no matter how much he loved he just wouldnt do it its just to much to get into at 15! anyway i really dont think i they will end getting married because tv show do stuff like this all the time and so one runs in at the last min or like the change there mind or something i would be really surpised if the got married!
also i love ricky 
i know no one else does and i know care im not saying him and amy should be together but i really dont want ben to come in and take over the father role in the babies life and not even let ricky have a shot 
i think ben and amy would make a cute pair ,but i also think they should be responsible and waut a couple years. because they need to make sure they are really in love and are ready to take care af a baby

if amy's mom wont let her keep the baby why doesnt she move in with ben after they get married and keep it. i also think this season will deal with the fact that if they do follow through with the wedding then the marriage technically isn't legal
i am so excited for this new season!! this one is going to be waay juicier because they dont have to spend so much time laying down the ground work-- they can just cut right to what is going to happen with Amy and Ben!! i think that they will get really close to getting married and then amy's parents might barge in-- or maybe they'll make it through-- im not completely sure. but i do think that amy will give the baby up for adoption in the end.. i highly doubt that things will work out so that her mother can watch the baby while she goes to school - and because of that she might realize that she isnt capable of providing for this baby like she thinks.. and will end up letting her baby be adopted- even tho she doesnt want to
