"Secret Life" star Molly Ringwald appeared at a recent concert just for vets, soldiers, and first-responders.

Created "to thank the men and women of the armed services, as well as those who serve in our police and fire forces for their commitment and dedication in protecting our country and local communities," the Freedom Concert took place April 4 in Pasadena, near L.A. It was invite-only and free for folks who work to keep the rest of us safe ... kind of a musical spin on the rewards of serving!

Molly was joined onstage by stars including Sheila E., Montell Jordan, and the USC Marching Band.
