ABC Family: nycscififan 10/20 - The Haunted Mansion

10/20 - The Haunted Mansion

This movie was okay, but the gang over at DoomBuggies tells the Haunted Mansion backstory with more detail. I still don't see why Eddie Murphy always has to play multiple characters in every movie. Just pay the extras or get some interesting cameos going please. lol (Didn't he get three awards for "worst actor in one movie" last year? snicker)

Anyway, I *LOVE* the Haunted Mansion and while this movie was not the same as being there, it was fun to spot the details and hidden mickeys.

I love the movie more than the ride! The ride isn't as creepy as the movie, and I love the movie's story!

Maybe next year they'll add the "Tower of Terror" movie to the lineup. It was a really cute movie, appropriate for kids, that set up a backstory for the Disney ride. I really enjoyed it because it had some interesting plot twists and the actors/actresses seemed to have a lot of fun making the movie.

I agree, that movie is terrific! I watched that a lot when I was a kid.

I'm Phantom... I overuse... ellipses...
Its' the story of two guys who start at the bottom, stay at the bottom, and end up at the bottom- It's more realistic that way.
The ships hung in the sky in much the same way that bricks don't.
