10/23 - The Addams Family
Posted Tue, 10/07/2008 - 06:24 — nycscififanThis was the BEST movie based on a TV series that I've ever seen. By far, my favorite, but I'm biased because that was one of my favorite TV shows.
Alban Preaubert from France used the music from this movie for several high-level figure skating competitions. His costume was befuddling to anyone who wasn't familiar with the Addams Family characters. "Thing" was attached to the back of his shirt, holding on for dear life/death/afterlife/whatever! lol
Best line in the movie: "Are your cookies made from real girl scouts?" (Wednesday Addams)
Haha I saw this movie last night and it was SO good! I loved the mamooshka (I believe that's what the dance was called lol). Great movie!

I love that girlscout cookie line. That was priceless. I loved the old Addams Family. I miss some of those old shows. Ah well.

I selfishly gave my husband the series DVD's for his birthday. I think I liked that series more than he did, lol.
