Does anyone remember a few years ago on "13 Nights of Halloween" a movie that went like....

There was boy around 12 or 14 years old.His father I believe ran a candy factory and his grandfather was obsessed with Halloween(the actor who played his grandfather I've seen in other movie I just can't remember which ones).The town he lived in had a story around Halloween that this young boy one day in art class made this odd/magnificant project that he kept very secret and one day the jock/bully character found out what it was and framed the kid that made it to seem like he was crazy.Shortly after the boy died and the tomb he was buried in was chained up. All I can remember later on in the story is there was a tower of pumpkins and people were mad about it.The pumpkins then fell and one of them killed the boy's grandfather.Then his grandfather comes back to life? And then the artsy kid's from earlier skeleton starts walking down some stairs.

I think thats kind of how it goes.

Anyone know what the movie is called or one of the actors that is in it?
