No sighs. The house will sell at just the right time. God has a plan. It probably involves some "growth potential". So hang in there and have faith.

GOD is so GOOD!! You have heard me complaining and sighing over not selling my house yet. Well, THANK GOD, I have not yet. The Masterplanned community I was looking to build in went bankrupt and there are unfinished homes sitting and will not be completed. God saved me from this. I will have to rethink where to live. Maybe I will buy a "used" house.

Make sure you get a thorough pre-buy inspection if you choose to go used. Be there when it's done and have the inspector explain what any repairs would involve.
Also if any repairs are necessary, have a contractor give an estimate. Then negotiate that amount off the sale price of the house. The reason for that is the present owner will do the repair as cheaply as possible and that ain't good.
By used I mean only about five years. Many homes in the area, even in the planned community I wanted to go in are only 4 or 5 years old. And those people may sell as time goes by. There is another nearby that I may choose though, to build new.

Even so, a good pre-buy is essential for peace of mind.
You would think with all the foreclosures, that a newer home would be easily found at a good buy.

I have my doubts about Obama being the anti-Christ, he didn't have an overwhelming win. But, if in the next four years, he is able to turn our economy around and work miracles with our nation, his following could then become very great. Doesn't the anti-Christ deceive a large mass of people, from all over the world? It could conceivable happen. But, it isn't gonna happen over night.

Now that I think of it. The news showed how around the world there was celebration that Obama won. China, Kenya, England and a few other countries as well. Perhaps he has a larger following than we know. I've never known the news to show how our elections have effect in other counties before.

That spokeswoman for the White House, said the plan was to pull out of either Iran or Iraq and concentrate on the other country. I just can't remember which it was. I thought it was to pull out of Iraq, and concentrate on the terrorist in the mountainous areas of Iran. Guess we better wait until it is announced again to be sure. Sorry I wasn't paying close attention when it was on.

I think the reason I am so apprehensive for our country is that I do watch news, listen on the radio etc. I am seeing so much and most of it is scary.

Have you ever heard of a guy called "Hal Lindsey"? He wrote a few books on the end times back in the sixties. Any way, he figured that the number 6 6 6 is a system of numbers to mark our identity. The nine social security numbers plus the postal five plus four. With these two numbers combined the government knows who we are, where we were born, where to find us down to the block and side of the street, to our very building we live in. 9 + 9 = 18 divided by three = 6. 6 6 6 encloses the ups symbols on the products we purchase, the six is two thin bars, and are on either end and in the middle of the ups symbols. This is a method planed by the trilateral commission, a group of the world's richest men.
It makes sense, and sounds more realistic than other ideas as to what the number of the beast could mean and that we will be unable to buy or sell without the mark. Also, many years ago, in Florida, in the retirement settlements. The government was conducting an experiment of using a bar code placed on a persons hand to conduct all financial transactions by a laser scan, within the community. No one needed to ever carry cash. They must still be working out bugs, because it hasn't caught on else where. But, if you consider what our world is coming to, with terrorist coming into the country. It is conceivable that the government could force the people to accept a mark for purposes of proving who they are, and to control their very financial transactions. Didn't the government just buy into part of the US's largest bank systems?

In deed. If we look at world events, and with all the strife around Israel. And, the stage being set in our country as well. It may not come about during our life time, but things seem to be happening faster everyday. I fear for my children and grandchildren. And what the future holds for them.

I just had a thought. If this marking system comes about. It will be the government subsidized people on Social Security and welfare who will be the first to be required to bear the mark. Automatic deposit system, and debit systems are already in place. The scans are in place as well for most businesses.
Maybe it could happen over night!

The Revelation prophesies are to occur in the generation that sees Israel become a nation again. That happened in 1948 I think. So it could happen very soon. At least within the next 20 years or so.

I saw the list. My understanding of scripture is that Jesus' second coming is before the Great Tribulation. So most of that part of your list happens after the Church is raptured out. Once the Church is gone from the earth, Satan will be able to take full control. He is limited now because of God's work being done through us.
And half the country would like the Christians out now.
Did you see on the news. People are hurrying to buy guns now, in case O forbids that too. I may get a hunting rifle. I can use it as protection and to bag deer. I love venison anyhow. No wonder I love Sarah Palin. She would fit right in in Western Pensylvania, land of those clinging to God and Guns.

I did hear about the gun sales. I hope BHO has more important things to worry about than gun control. Alas, he will probably use his executive powers to stop offshore drilling for oil, ban assault rifles and many other harmful acts. We are looking at a political and moral storm brewing.
Look what someone sent me. SCARY. I think most of us older ones see what is happening. The young ones get mad and think we are belittling them. NO, because we have seen it or have friends whose parents did. My best friend's husband's mother was IN THE CAMPS. I saw her have memories and knelt on the floor hugging her as she had flash backs.

It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars. The first year results are now in:

Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent.
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!
In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!
While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.
There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.
Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!
The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.
