Posted Wed, 07/08/2009 - 13:41 — amyandricky4eve...HOLD ON does anyone else remember when amy turned 16????? i remember ricky was 16 and amy was 15 but when did she turn 16? in the promo w/ ashley she says im a grown woman i have a baby and ashleys like no amy ur not a woman ur 16, and wats up with the fact how amy complains hows shes too young and misssing out on everything but then talks about herself as a woman wtf??? lol if i missed something plz tell me! dont yell or anything lol 
No one has had a birthday on the show. I think everyone is supposed to be the same age as they were at the beginning of the show, which was almost a year ago. But that's stupid. Maybe they just didn't tell us...

It's because the new season picked up shortly after the last one ended. Maybe like 6 weeks since Amy is back at school. Although, I doubt she would stay out of school for 6 weeks.

Her birthday is probably in the summer, and there's a time jump coming up. They're pretty much going to skip the summer months, I think.

Its called a time jump. The show sometimes jumps weeks or even months into the future.

Well, I don't remember when she turned 16. But, remember she did carry John for about 8 and half months. So, they may have wrote in a birthday for her in the script, but never acted it out.
