Posted Thu, 11/05/2009 - 21:40 — melissa0522975After school today I met up with my friend Brittany and met her partner Cassie for the 3rd time and we all went to Sequoia for a couple hours and seeing them together as a couple I have decided I'd like to become a lesbian.... too bad I'm not one...
I really don't get people's problems with gays and lesbians (except when they trick you into thinking their straight then the person they tricked has a right to have a problem with them for a while)... They seem to make better couples than straight couples do from all that I've seen... plus I hear they make better parents too!!!
Sorry for the random post... I was just bored and about to go to bed and thought "Hey, I wonder what kind of response this would get!?" (no, none of this is a joke... after today, I truely do almost wish I were a lesbian...)
I just realized that most of my friends are either bi, I was like ' I want to be bi' But I didn't have the guts to actually go out with a girl.

Complete and utter myths. Well actually I think the idea was that Homosexual parents make worse parenting. But either way its bogus. They are human and therefore are the mercy of all of our nasty habbits. And humanity as a long list.
You do realize you are basicly stereotyping a whole group of people?
They do not make a better couple compared to heterosexuals. They are the same aswell. Simply because they are human. There are countless heterosexuals who have great relationships together, just as there are countless heterosexuals who have terrible relationships with eachother. Same goes for the Homosexual relationships, there are countless who have great ones and then there are the countless who have terrible ones.
Being a lesbian in no way shape or form would garuntee that you would have a great relationship. Its about finding the right person for you. Thats all.

By that reasoning you shouldn't date anyone, I mean what if it goes sour? Unless you are willing to commit to a relationship that you don't want to be in, then what else is there to do?
Besides the guy would be more upset he never got into a threesome then anything. In this case I do know what I am talking about. My Girlfriend of about a year came out to me. Now of course I regret many things about the ending of that relationship(boy was a jackarse) But looking back I am more upset about never getting the threesome.
Though the break up was only painful simply because I loved her so much. Not because she turned out to be gay. Whether or not she was, it still would have hurt like hell. Actually it hurt for a long time...

I think it comes down to society and the way we grow up. Or hell maybe it's even natural. When you loook at two guys together there is just this ewww feeling(but on the bright side when it's about hot girls together there is the "hell yes" feeling ). Some people take this simple reaction,sprinkle it with religion and go crazy but I think most people don't really care that much if it's not in their faces. One of the reaosons why I always thought that these parades are the stupides tthings ever

Not to shatter your dreams but I actually have seen lesbians fighting. In fact I have often seen them wrestling in jello. Altough on the bright side they kiss and make up and kiss some more by the end of the fight

Living in a big city as I did I saw many things. I saw people of both kinds of couples be loving to each other or be obnoxious. As Unit said, they are people.

Don't be too sure. I have known some domestically violent lesbian couples. And my best friend is bisexual and sometimes him and his boyfriend fight and over stupid stuff (I still like them together though).
