Posted Thu, 07/02/2009 - 19:02 — soinlove14Okay, I went to go see the movie My Sister's Keeper a little while ago, and my God I CRIED! I had this big lump in my throat the whole time, and then I tried to laugh, and I sounded like I was choking. Has anyone else seen this movie? I want to talk about it! I cried so hard when the mom and dad were fighting over going to beach! What do you guys think? That's the best movie I've seen in a long time!
I've never read the book, but I'm going to as soon as it become available at the library. Someone has it checked out right now, and there's like four people before me on the waiting list.

omg i saw tht movie it was sooooo sad but it was sooooooo different from the book! i dont get y they have her die ????? anywho like seriously it was completely different from the book!

I read the book before I saw the movie, and I was disappointed with the movie ending (even though it was very good) but it was SOOO much different then the book. I think the book was better. But I love them both.

She really was. A true inspiration. I miss her so much, but I know she's watching over us and dancing in heaven. At our recital in April, she got on stage with the other 2 teachers and danced to Dancing Queen by ABBA. There was not a dry eye in that building.

I'm missing her so much right now. I'm actually crying...not good. I've had an amazing support system through the whole thing. I'm SO grateful for that.

I didn't mean to bring it up and make you cry... Sorry. It's good to have a support system when someone dies, especially if the person was close to you. Good luck with everything.
