I think Amy has realised that she doesnt want Ben to take care of John.
She wants Ricky to take care of John so she is trying to run away from her feelings by treating everyone like dirt.
She doesnt want to become too attached to Ricky as he could leave at any time.

I used to love Amy but she is a total B!tch to me. I understood why she was like that when she was pregnant because they do go through mood swings, but now she is kinda getting on my nerves. I used to and still want Amy and Ricky to get together, but I'm not to sure right now.

Because she is just whiny and childish and Ricky is a whole lot better responsibility wise.

I mean come on! How many teenage fathers do you know or know of that actually want to be a part of their childs life if they weren't in a relationship with the mother. and even then if they were in a relationship they might not even want to be and breakup.

So Amy is so lucky to have Ricky wanting and VOLUNTEERING to take care of his kid when he could be hanging out with Adrian or Grace, or whoever!

Uhh it just makes me kind of mad!

I think I'm literally the only person in the world who isn't dying to see Amy and Ricky together. Yeah, they have a kid. Yeah, it seems practically inevitable that they get together; but I have a tough time trusting Ricky as a boyfriend. He seems to be a great father and everything, but he did so much in the first season that was just wrong and hurtful. I know everyone loves him, but it's almost like people forget how he bounced from one girl to another and didn't really consider their feelings until later. Also, with the way Amy is acting, I'm not sure she is in need of a relationship right now either.

With that said, a lot of people keep mentioning Ben and Adrian getting together; and in a weird way I see how that might work. Clearly he and Amy aren't working out. Right now, I think Amy needs to stay single. I think she needs to grow up a little. Yeah, she's a teenage mom and yeah she's dealing with a lot, but she doesn't have to be mean to Ben and everyone else. Everyone in the show is suffering and sometimes she behaves like she's the only one who struggles, simply because she made the decision to have sex and now has to pay for that. Also, the "revealing" shirts are a bit much for someone who says she wants to stay celibate and doesn't want her own boyfriend or anyone else to look at her. She is always complaining about having to take care of John, but she doesn't want anyone else to help out. While being protective is understandable, I think she's taking it a little far and needs some time alone to figure herself out. I think Ricky needs to be single, too, so he can decide once and for all what he really wants in a relationship. Basically, I think they have a lot to work out individually before they even begin to consider a romantic relationship. What if they got together now, being the way they are, then realized it didn't work out and had a rough ending? How would that affect the baby? Sometimes I think people don't consider this.

Right now, I'm more worried about Grace than anyone else. She's clearly delusional, and it's understandable, but it's scary. I hope she can get through it and cut Jack a break. If she continues to treat him this way, I'm worried about what will happen to him. Also, people need to stop blaming Adrian for the dad's death. She might enjoy sex, but sex isn't the root of all problems.

This is all just my opinion though...

As any mother would, she wants the best for her child. This is Amy trying to figure things out for herself. The reason she will not accept help from Ricky or Ben and take it from George, Anne or Ashley is because mothers first instincts is to make everything 100% perfect for their kid, I mean father's want that too, its just that Amy's hormones right now are kicking in still and Ricky is adjusted to being a father already quicker. Basically, yes Amy is being annoying, and yes that was too harsh, but it is only because she loves John. Amy is just now realizing the sacrifices she has to make, and it is a harsh reality. She is having trouble accepting help and not being able to balance John and her life at the same time. Yes, Ricky is doing the right thing here, and he is way more lenient than I would have been, but his little butcher shop act made her very angry. Eventually, Amy will accept his help and they will be closer, right now they are working out the schedule. She's doing ok.

Ugh, I wanna punch Amy in the face sometimes.

Amy is overly annoying this season.
Makes me want to mute the TV when she's on the screen.

Whoa whatever happened between them last season is over....... what happened to Ricky loving Amy? They are probably just having parenting issues...... But still would it kill the writers to not have them fight once this season!?!

Everything that was in the promo for this episode is in the sneak peeks. Lol, it makes me wonder if there's gonna be more drama or if there's gonna be no drama since we've already seen the sneak peeks. But, I'm all for rooting for Amy this season, but this time she was a little harsh. At least Ricky's trying. He could be completely inconsiderate of her feelings, but instead he's trying to do what he can to make it a little easier.
