Please Don't Feed The Trolls

Instead of responding to the negative threads, just ignore them and they will sink down into oblivion. Bashing the trolls back just encourages them. Besides, some of them may actually be fans that just had a problem with one episode. Being a fan does not mean being oblivious to aspects of the show that need work.

I wonder why do non fans show up on a fan board for the show why not just stay away if they don't like the show is what I don't get!

No problem! Flag the trolls when you see 'em. We try to keep an eye out, but sometimes we miss them.
Could we also have a "Questions for the Moderators" thread? I know you have the official board, but it's fairly chaotic over there. This would make it easier to contact you about any questions we may have instead of hoping that you find our questions buried amidst all the other threads.
Ms. Sweet 16 started a thread titled "abc family team" that could work for this, or we could have a brand new one started, since we've already gone off topic a couple of times.
Either way.
We try to keep on top of all the questions, but it's kind of hard and sometimes there just aren't answers to the questions (for example, we can't really address why shows do not get renewed).

To "bump" a thread means to bring it back to the top so others can see it. Especially useful on a busy board where things get buried. Most people will just put "bump" in their post to get it to happen.
Usually, a bump is because somebody else was looking for the thread, but occasionally, like with this thread, it can be for a reminder.
so all you do is write down bump ? if so where? im so confused!

Same place you make a regular reply. A thread is bumped with every post, but by writing "bump," people know that there isn't really any new information on the post and that people just wanted it to be seen again. If somebody is specifically requesting a thread, a bump post will typically read, "bump for . . . " That way, people know that there's a reason for the bump and not just a wish for more replies.
Does that make sense, or am I just confusing you?

Well, this is a place for people to let ABC Family what they think of the show, good or bad. To me, it's when people say how much they don't like something just to stir up trouble. Frequently, they'll just post once and never even come back to see how people responded to their original post.
