Shouldn't the episodes be longer ??

If they had Ruby first, like last weeks and then the new one , they could make 10 things longer(Its obvious ive thought about this a lot)

Me too. The episodes are so good you want each one to last longer, way too fast the 30 minutes is up!!!
It's really like 20 minutes with commercials!

I think it should be longer but as long as I get to watch it, I am fine with it being only 30 minutes.

I don't know about longer, I just wish it was not a summer show and we could watch it all year round. Waiting 9 months is just too long
You mean we have to wait till next summer for season 2?!
No. I read somewhere that Meaghan Martin said (if the show gets renewed) they would start shooting the next set of episodes in November. We're probably looking at a January start....or early 2010 at least. There is no way we'll be waiting until next summer. Hope that makes you feel better!

mshrmit read somewhere that ABC Fam will make the decision to renew in September. We're all expecting a positive outcome from that decision!

Cable channels often split shows into two seasons: Summer/Winter, Fall/Spring.

I do wish it was longer but I'd rather have a 30 minute show than no show at all.
i really really wish it was longer!! or at least if they make the commercials less long, then there will be more time for the show! right now, the commercials are basically as long as the show is.
sometimes i wish they were longer, but at the same time i'm glad they're only 30 minutes because with a lot of hour-long shows they always put waaaay too much drama in them. i like that these episodes are short and wrapped up in a nice little bow

yeah but it's a comedy. most comedy shows are 30 minutes or shorter.
