You should flag a post if:

* It's spam (i.e. It's posted multiple places or is about commercial stuff)
* It's about illegal activity
* It includes personally identifiable information (info that could enable personal contact off the site).

You should flag a member if:
* He or she is bullying or harassing anyone
* He or she is encouraging or participating in illegal activity
* He or she has posted inappropriate photos or language
* He or she is spamming.

You should NOT flag a post or member if:
* You disagree with the content of a post
* You just want to click a link
* You don't like the person who posted it.
