In each season there are 2 chapters. So the upcoming season is Season 3 Chapter 5. Usually they do a college semester in each chapter. Is this right?

So...2 more chapters and Casey and Cappie should be graduating, but I watched an interview with Spencer and Scott and they said that they aren't going to really follow the semester/chapter rules and just drag it on. Which makes me happy because I am not ready for them to leave.
