I re-watched War and Peace from Season 1 last night...here is one little gem:
When Rusty is taped to the wall (compliments of the Omega Chi's)....
Cappie and all the KT's are standing below, watching the slow, painful "untaping."
Officer Huck walks up:
Cappie: "Officer Huck! Hey! Hows the .. uh... how's the fungus comin' along?"
Huck: "Save it. Is this one of yours?" (toward Rusty)
Cappie "Best and Brightest."
Huck: "Who's responsible for this prank? I want names."
Cappie: "It's actually a physics experiment." (Looks at Huck... pauses). "Yeah. Gone awry."
Huck: "Physics experiment?"
Cappie: "Yah. How heat affects the molecular structure of load-bearing adhesives, which as I'm sure you...know....(touching him on the shoulder) creates a highly volatile result set." Looks at Rusty and shouts..."Spitter, you OK, buddy? You hang in there, OK?"
Gah they give Cappie the best lines!
Yes! Totally loved the geek-tastic smack talk from Rusty and Dale.
One of my favorite LOL moments from the finale is the literal "crickets" when Cap announces to the KT's that they'll be pulling a prank with the Omega Chi's.

I loved Cappie in the mid-season finale
"I found this in our chimney.....along with the entire cast of a Bugs Life"
Oh and the banter between Rusty and Dale was the BEST!!
Rusty: "I need your half of the cable bill it's due today"
Dale: "Today? You could have told me a little sooner you know?"
Rusty: "I wrote you a message in my grant project notes, I'm surprised you didn't see it."
Dale: "For the love....you know what? I appologized for that already even though I don't think I have anything to appologize for!"
Rusty: "Oh if this is you back with God I think I like the Godless Dale better."
Dale: "I'll be mute when I win the aviation grant"
Rusty: "When you win? I have a shot too you know?"
Dale: "I seen your notes remember and I know you still haven't gotten your wire to reconduct."
Rusty: "Actually that same night my self healing wire turned on for a full 3 minutes."
Dale: "Three minutes?"
Rusty: "Just like you're mother."
Dale: "Hey Russ, or should I say anchor, that's a sweet light bulb if I clap twice will it turn on?"
Rusty: "Hey Dale if I'm the anchor then you're the canker.....sore.....in my mouth!"
Dale: "Yeah Rusty I bet you do have canker sores from all the unsavory women you've made out with!"
Rusty: "At least I didn't lose my virginity to our land-lady and then ask her to marry me!"
Hahahahahaha!!! I LOVED those scenes with them. Jacob and Clark did a fantastic job.

In the Chapter 5 Finale, when Casey tries to help Cappie and Evan identify a common enemy:
Casey: "Cappie, who do KT's HATE the most?"
Cappie: "Ryan Seacrest. (dramatic pause) Oh wait. No. Officer Huck!"
Casey to Evan: "And Evan, who do the Omega Chi's hate the most?"
Cappie (interrupting): "Liberals."
As usual, Cappie's timing was impeccable. I was LMAO.
I Have a new one - delivered by Max, actually - said after Casey's awkward setup of Max & Cappie @ Dobblers. Said as they are getting up to go:
Cappie: Ya, good luck paving that driveway.
Max: (fumbling for a good comeback) Ya...good luck...with your...extensive jewelry collection.

So this isn't really a quote but I like the moment in this episode where Cappie and Evan are fighting and Beaver screams out Cappie and runs like hell to get to him!!!
OH and end of last season when Calvin kisses Grant at the End of the World party and throws the purity ring hitting Wade(is that right) and he says "Pericous my pericous" like Lord of The Rings

I swear, I must have seen that episode like 20 times and that line still manages to make me melt.
My favorite quote was from season one by my favorite Cappie when he was stopped by Casey and Rusty who was dressed in what i would call an Evan Chambers closet attack because Rusty needed help finding a date and Cappie says "Casey!! he looks like he's about to overdose on khaki!"

Ashleigh(while drunk to some guy at Dobblers): Did you steal that shirt from Blues' Clues?
Evan: Why do you feel the need to call me by my full name?
Cappie: I like it, makes you seem like a comic book villian...(later on in that same scene)...first I'm not trustworthy now I'm the runt of the society, Evan Chambers you dastardly menace...you've got me questioning everything.
Rusty(at the speed dating): Yes I'm in a frat but we prefer the term fraternity, you wouldn't call your country...
Cappie: I need a stud finder
Beaver:(looks on his belt for one): beep...beep...beepbeepbeep.
Cappie: Hahaha...you found me, I'm a..stud
Rebecca: I have new respect for Chelsea Clinton
Cappie: Me too, now that she grew into her face she's foxy.
There are a few others that I can't really think of right now but those are definitely some good ones, in my opinion.
Wow, there are a ton! I've been recapping the 1st chapter, so these are fresh in my mind:
The first is from the pilot, and it's more of a visual joke, but it's when Rusty comes back to his dorm room after rush to find two notes. One is a formal invite from the Omega Chi’s to join them at a bid party at Doblers. The second is a sticky that reads, “Rusty, you’re a Kappa Tao, Cappie”.
Casey:...oh by the way I'm totally happy dressing like Donna Karan’s skanky little sister.
Ashleigh: Wow
Casey: I know, right?, verbatim almost.
Cappie to Rusty after Casey's "make over": Okay, where'd you park your yacht?
Frannie: Ashley, if I find one drop of paint on the floor, I’ll gut you.
Dale: These are my Purity Pledge brothers, it's like a fraternity but for God!
Cappie: they’re indisposed…undisposed?…predisposed? They’re up in my room doing it.
Casey: It's not just sex, it's his first time
Cappie: Okay, it'll be brief, but still...
Casey: Posters and T-shirts are great if this were 1985 and we all had feathered hair, but I straighten my hair, Rebecca, because I’m serious.

Cappie: Stop! I'll tell you where the nukes are!
Dale: When I first met you, Rusty, I thought you were a cool guy who cared about important stuff like Comic Con and Nuclear Physics.
Casey: I'm going to stick with the cute guy with the boring cup.
Cappie: Well, that's what they said at Jonestown.
Egyptian Joe: I could watch Beaver inhale wood all day.
Cappie to Evan: Loading up on wine coolers for your American Girls spring fashion party?

I am a super die hard Cappie and Casey fan, but the best line for me was a scene with Casey & Max:
Casey: So if the light were seeing, is millions of years old, then the star might already be dead?
Max: But it's not just the stars that are in the past, it's everything, even you looking at me now.

Max: No, I'm me, but you're seeing me a billionth of a second ago
Casey: So everything is history and relationships are just memories

I loved all of those listed already, but I recently laughed out loud in the last episode where Calvin was running around in his boxers and Cappie says, "What? Are the Omega Chi's hazing actives now?"
I absolutetly loved the Gilmore Girls comment, also. Greek is the first show that has come remotely close to taking its place for me.
I also love all the jabs at Evan, like "Evan and the Chipmunks" "Good vs. Evan" "Evalyn".

My favorite because it is philosophically sound is when Casey said, "The world isn't black and white like it was in high school. In the real world, you have shades of gray." Paraphrasing it but I loved that quote when she was explaining staying with Evan.

I love that quote too! I laughed out loud. So funny. Classic Cappie. Plus, I am a huge Gilmore Girls fan. My absolute favorite has to be when Casey says "I know where I want to be in ten years. Do you?," and Cappie replies, "I want to be with you." So sweet! "Because no other girl in the world compares to you" is a close second, though.
my favorite Greek quote is without a doubt "Because no other girl in the world compares to you" Cappie says it to Casey in season 2 episode 19. I think it's super cute. :')
