Posted Tue, 11/03/2009 - 17:05 — lschulzeAfter watching the show I am a little worried about Casey and Cappie!! Did anyone else see Cappie's face when Rebecca and Evan were talking. Also, at the end it just seemed like Cappie might have been regreting his decision with picking Casey as everything for him has gone wrong since they got back together. Maybe I am looking to far into this, which I hope I am. What does eveyone else think??
omg i hope that you are reading too much into this because i dont want it to be true but i really dont think that after all they have been through that cappie would do that but you never know

From the sides I've read and the ones I've read about (yeah, I'm a spoiler-[filtered word]), Cappie and Rebecca have a class together and she teases him about "being in love" and he just grins sheepishly. She also tells him that she likes this guy and is thinking about dating him (without stating that the guy is Evan) and Cappie says "go for it". She then reveals that the guy is Evan and Cappie says that "no, you can't trust him" or something along those lines. Believe me, it's been over between them for a long time (CR, I mean). He's just genuinely concerned for her.
Also, if anyone wants to buy sides, let me know, so I can direct you to a site that has them.

Sides are the theatrical way to say scripts. You can buy parts of the scripts at showfax.com. I don't buy them, but plenty of people over at fanforum do. They usually just buy them and post all about what the script was about. There's a spoiler thread at fanforum if you want to check that out.

I agree with the other comments. Cappie is head over heels for Casey and I've been re-watching the old chapters and seeing things I hadn't seen the first time... EVERY episode shows Cappie opining over Casey. (Those LOOKs he gives her make me melt!) He is totally ga ga for Casey and thinks they are soulmates. (I say this, even tho I was a Casey/Max fan until the bitter end).
I think Cappie is genuinely concerned for Rebecca and will probably say something to her about it next chapter - which will create a rift between the two. Cappie just doesn't want to see Bex get hurt again.
Once again, this demonstrates that Cappie is a caring, sweet person underneath that charming, flirtatious exterior. He really is TOO good to be true!
I agree...I think he was just suprised to see Bex flirting with Evan...maybe he also found it a little odd too that Evan seems to continuely be interested in his ex's--or current girlfriend as it maybe--
don't think there is anything there other than Cappie doesn't trust Evan(doesn't think he's over Casey) and he wouldn't want Rebecca(his friend) getting into a relationship where the guy is hung up on another girl...again.
No I don't think thats it. He loves her and wants it to work this time. He knew there would be comprimises ... he did not plan on Evan betraying him like he did though. That betrayal was out of desperation for Evan to keep his life together, not because of Casey.
I think Cappie was just suprised to see Rebecca checking out Evan.
