Here's the place to post questions you still have about Kyle, and maybe guess at some answers: I'll go first:

Does Kyle shave? There was a razor in the bathroom cabinet in The First Cut's The Deepest, but Josh mentioned, "was Adam teaching Kyle how to shave"? So does Kyle shave?

Does Kyle have a driver's license? We know he drives, but is he legal?

Is Kyle as strong as Jessi? We haven’t seen any demonstrations of strength from Kyle as we have seen from Jessi.

Both Kyle and Jessi grew up in the pods. Jessi had long hair Kyle had short hair. How is this possible for Kyle to have short hair if he was never taken out of the pod?

It's quite simple to think anyway. Jessi needs it long, to cover up some parts of her upper body and kyle doesn't need it on the other hand. Just kidding.

Directors oversight. Kyle and Jessi should have had the same length hair.Kyle should have had a mustache and beard. Whatever their genetics determine is normal for their age.

That is of course unless their hair was cut by the lab techs.

I have just watched the series until the end of season 2 now. I cannot wait to see the new season.
Last year, I saw a few episodes of Season One. I liked the show but could not continue watching. I just got the whole series (until the end of season 2) from a friend of mine last week. I fell in love with the show after watching and it is one of the best I've ever seen though some parts of the show are a bit lame (like Balatine freed Foss to trace Kyle thru mobile connection, although his assistant can contact kyle directly).
No matter whatever it is, I can forget about all those logic and get carried away easily by the roles and Amanda and Jessi. I like Jessi very much but in the end, I felt sorry for Amanda (in case she has to lose Kyle). By the way, I heard that in Season 3, there will be more Kyle-Jessi roles rather than Amanda. I know this is just a show but I can't control my emotions. After watching, I felt like I'm the one who is losing a loved one. All of them really suit their casts and it's a very good show. The show (DVDs) will be one of my collections.
Anyway, the person I like most in the show is "Adam". Then Jessy and Amanda.

I still wonder "Is Kyle a clone of Adam?" or "If Kyle is not a clone, who was the 'mother' who donated?" We know Taylor claims to be Jessi's father, he said he was her creator, and we know he used Sarah's genetic material to produce Jessi. But, we still don't know if they are clones, or not.

I had caught the window opening reverse from what it use to, but I watched and you are right. There was a door behind the wardrobe early on. In "grounded" the beer bed was against the wall, and there is no door now.

Shawn Hlookoff and he has a myspace also. I think the first episode that the record shows up is season 2 | episode 16
'great expectations'
I know this is the episode where she comes through the window when Amanda is in the room. The Social Worker is there, and as Kyle is taking Jessi out to the front door, she pulls him aside and gives it to him. And, I think this is the episode where Jessi finds the record behind her pillow, but not sure, it may be the episode before this one for that.
But if you are talking about the first mention of the record, I believe that was in season 2 | episode 13
'leap of faith'
It was missing from the Jute Box, but Kyle called Amanda, and she played it for him.

Why did Kyle download all of the Zzyxz data and not Jessi?
Why could he make decisions while in the pod and not she?

Why did he die and not she? After all, they were both expelled violently from their pods. One would think that she would have died because there was no one to revive her. Kyle had the hero Foss to bring him back to life.
I think I've asked this before and the question does beg an answer.

Downloading all the data from Zzyxz was an accident. He was not functioning properly. He was not suppose to make decisions!

He died because they shut him down, because he was not "cuaporating".

Ya know, there's a whole theory that floats around those thoughts you posted, Legolas. It's that Adam sent Kyle subliminal messages via Foss's CDs that he played for Kyle, telling him what to do or how to free himself. I love that theory.

Yes, I remember reading about that theory. I'm not totally convinced though, because Foss would not have unlimited access to Kyle, I'm sure. There's always someone there monitoring or poking or doing something to Kyle.
If indeed messages were passed on to Kyle subliminally through the music that Foss played, then why wouldn't Kyle get flashbacks of the messages whenever he heard the same music again?

I think we need to explore this theory and come up with all kinds of thoughts on it. It could be fun.

Very good points, Legolas. And if there were subliminal messages on that CD, then why would Foss have kept it in the machine all that time? Woudn't he have gotten rid of it? Still I want so badly to believe that Mr. Genius, Adam, did something to try to rescue Kyle from ZZyzx and Kern.

That's a good possiblity and premise. Although, it was Jessi who brought up the question of having met before. Kyle never says that, does he? He becomes interested in her only to the extent that he wonders about some of the things that she can do. Jessi never voiced any confusion as to how they both could do the same things. Again, it was Kyle who asked all of the questions, and not Jessi. She became frightened as she did when he saw her thoughts.

It is a conundrum.

Really good one, Watcher. Ya know, when they admitted him into juvenile detention, wouldn't they have taken his fingerprints as part of processing and also to help find out who he is. They never showed fingerprints in his file. If he does have fingerprints, I'd also like to know if they match Adam's. I’ll check out your thread.

How long can Kyle go without sleep? We know he went for day without sleep in Sleepless in Seattle. We also know he didn't sleep all night in Memory Serves and that didn't seem to affect him. So can he go without sleep for extended periods of time without being affected?

Actually, Mudpie, Kyle went at least 10 days without sleep In Sleepless in Seattle. Remember, the fridge scene when Stephan and Nicole are cleaning up, Stephan says something like, "you've been here over a week and you mean to tell me you've never slept? Kyle says,"Yes."
So, actually our pod boy sleeps maybe not because he needs to but rather now that he understands the patterns of night and day, he does so to keep with the rythms of the Trager family?
