yeah i'm startin 2 think that maybe the writer/director wants it 2 look awkward cuz this is new 2 them. lizzie got a kiss from devin and besides that none so she's still at the beginner stage and who knows how much experience andrew has but if he is experienced maybe he's holding back for her sake til she gets used 2 him. i think the show is trying to show what the transition from tomboy to young lady is like for lizzie.
