Seriously, all these people that want it on just keep mentiong needing to see the Cassidys so that means if David Cassidy wan't on this show these people wouldn't be so upset if it was canceled. It was never about the show being good or not, for them it's only about seeing David Cassidy. They are so phony saying the show was great. If Cassidy wasn't on it they would not be saying that. So obvious that they never watched ABC Family before that show was put on, and that they don't watch any of the other shows on the network.
OH! You think you know EVERYTHING? Huh? Well, only like 10 percert of people want to save the show for the cassidideys or whatever the name is. Most people like me want to save the show for others reason, and I WAS watching some shows before Ruby started! So newsflash your wrong so don't just asume thing that arent true
Wrong because Secret Life, Greek, 10 Things, Make It, Break It and the other good shows on ABC Family will still have the big amount of viewers that regularly watch those shows, so ABC will not lose a lot of viewers. If Ruby and the Rockits had a LOT of viewers it would not have been axed!!
Haha I know right, ABCF doesn't need this stupid show to survive heck i think they're doing just fine with shows like the secret life, greek, 10 things i hate about you, etc. ALL of those show's make this one look like a joke and thats what it simply is. a JOKE.
The show is great and should stay. Or ABC can move it to their normal TV channel were they have shows like Desprate Housewives. We need good family shows like Ruby. We don't have many of those anymore. Most of the shows on TV now are reality crap. And I don't let my kids watch those. My kids however do love Ruby. And when I told them that it was going off the air they cried. Because they love it so much. So please keep the show on for the Kids.
It's a nice gesture, but it won't help. The show is done. They took a good concept and didn't make the most of it. And they went for too many quips and comments that DO NOT belong on a family program. Add a horrific laugh track, and you have a recipe for failure. It's too bad, really.
Seriously people. The show was terrible. The ratings were awful. No one cares. Too little too late. It's gone after these 10 episodes. It's not coming back.
And it think they played up the "Cassidy family" stuff too much in interviews instead of the actual whole show concept and there was hardly any promotion for the the kids on the show. Interviews were always more on the brothers working together than the storyline or content. It is a shame, but no unexpected.
