I took ballet for 12 years and pointe and ballet are all the same thing. The shoes are just different, such as Pointe shoes and flat shoes. I don't care about ballet anymore, I was just tired of seeing people tell others they didn't know what they were talking about when they're being pretty darn ignorant too. 
Ashley and Ballet?!?!?! Those 2 just don't mix! LOL

No that's not ballet, that's pointe. I dance, I know because of the shoe difference. Pointe is pretty much a step farther than ballet. Not that anyone really cares...

She dosent look like the type of girl that would do ballet she seemed more kind of tough like shes too good for anything and anyone.

If you spend all your time thinking of what went wrong, when will you have the time to enjoy the things that went right?
I've been dancing for 13 years and I've dance with people who've looked like they haven't danced a day in their lifetime and it turns out that they are sometimes the really amazing ones. I'm just wondering how this fits into this episode. Maybe 'cause it's the whole flashback thing, but I'm just guessing.
P.S. If you look at the picture for a minute, Ashley does actually look like a dancer.

click on the bulletin tab on the show homepage.....then there is a bulletin that says something about the baby pics aren't blurry???? click on that and there will be a link to click on to see them (2links 1 of just ben holding the baby and the other of ricky, amy and the baby) hope that helps

I myself am an intense tapper and modern dancer, so I love seeing a TV show finally using some DANCE!!! Go, Ashley!!!
But, I'm wondering how this is going to fit into the episode, and why they just told us about her dance now...

I'm surprised that she used to be a dancer. Ashley doesn't seem like that and I would probably know because I've danced for 11 years. I'm happy that they chose ballet over like soccer or something. That doesn't happen very often.
