Ricky is trying to change his ways and help amy he even got a job at the butcher (idk [filtered word] its selled) shop to help out bens the one who needs to grow up because rickys a dad now and hes being more resonsible to help out amy ben doesnt really do much for amy hes just there...

I think that if Amy & Ricky got together they would be great parents. Because they both love that baby and they want whats best for the babie and the best thing is if amy's with ricky and ben needs to back off because the baby is not his so he needs to quit trying to make all of the decions that gose on with that baby cause that is amy's and ricky's job. Why would anyone think it would be a good idea for Ricky to be with amy and the baby!!!??? its a boy and everything ricky would do the baby would and will grow up like his father. thats not ok. He (Ricky) is a bad influence and would be a HORRIBLE dad. Who are we kidding here! i think it would be a good idea that she keep the baby b/c i aggree with you got this far why stop now! But Ben has been there for amy since day one. he is willing to give it a try and is a great guy! And looks aside its not a compitition who will be the hottest dad this is a baby comming into the world my god! And an addoption with gay parents would be if not the best idea if she desides she cant keep the baby. Did you not pay attention to the ENTIRE rest of the seasons? Ricky was leading a double life with Adrian and Grace, deceiving them both. Playing the "poor me" game. Come on, is that fit for a father? I don't think so.
And Ben is understanding, and cares about Amy & this baby more than anything.

okay i did pay attention, but obviously you didnt! do you not see the progress that ricky has made since the beginning of the show? he has done amazing! and if you recall, he didnt sell his baby to his father just to get rid of him! ben is wayyyyy to clingy and he tries to control everything about amy and her baby. hes not even the father! he has no right to say anything to amy and ricky about THEIR baby! ricky also said he didnt want any sympathy for his father having sexually abused him. he didnt want to be treated differently, and thats why he didnt tell anybody! he has issues, but hes trying to work through them. it takes a lot of work to change your life, and i believe that he really does want to change.

i think that amy and ricky should be friends and that whoever is writing the script that they should make amy not be in love with ricky but be in love with ben. Although they should make ricky be in love with amy. i think that ricky and amy should raise the baby together and not have ben involved in that. they should just be together on the weekends and take care of the child and have the baby in day care just while they are at school.

I think that Amy should let the gay couple adopt. They really can provide a much, much better life for the baby. She really can't take care of a child. And, there is nothing inappropriate about gay couples adopting or having children. My best friend's dad is gay, and so is his mom. My other friend was adopted by a gay couple.
I really hope we get to see Amy and Ricky actually be able to talk about things because you can tell she really wants to be able to without the distraction of Ben or family or anything there.

I totally agree with you amyj_secretlife101. Ricky should totally be involved, but at the same time, I don't think Amy should have to give up school for the baby. They really need to sit down, talk, and figure things out without her biting his head off. Anyways, I also agree that gay couples have just as much of a right to adopt children as anyone else. This is a good example for abcfamily to promote.
