max morgan meets abc family!

Choice moments from the singer's recent visit to our offices.

We told you about Max Morgan back in June, when his song "Don't Stop" aired on the premiere of "Make It or Break It." Since then, you also heard his tune "Ya Better Believe" on the show as Emily amps up her training. Go, Emily!

He came by our offices recently to play for us and share some of the experiences that went into his album, "Interrupting the Silence." Turns out he moved to Orange County, California, when he was just 16. Big change from Liverpool, England, where he grew up. And he loves U2, calling them among "the musical influences that hang around my head all day long. The boys in U2 ... cannot be touched for me. They are the golden standard."

You can hear that in his songs. He says his own music is "a solo thing, but I wanted to make a record that sounds like a band when you hear it ... that sounds really big."

Introducing his song "Trouble," he confessed, "I have a tendency to see it when it is walking around. You should really walk the other direction, but do we EVER walk the other direction when we see that?” We know what you mean, Max!
