**Link Removed** is very much in the game. A significant portion of the ideas on **Link Removed** originated at **Link Removed**.

I'm never watching ABC Family again unless Matt Dallas is on. Have a nice day. The end.

Another thing I am going to try to do with this website is try to unite the forum here and the forum on *Link Removed*

did you ask the kyle xy dot net moderators for their permission first? You might want to do that.

I'm never watching ABC Family again unless Matt Dallas is on. Have a nice day. The end.

I sure did.

Good job! Make sure you PM them so they know what you're about. They have a lot of campaign threads over there don't they.

I'm never watching ABC Family again unless Matt Dallas is on. Have a nice day. The end.

Thanks for the info...
Hey--has anyone thought about sending out chain emails with the savethetub link on them? They could be like those emails you get when they say something like: "If you forward this to 10 people, you will get 5 years of good luck, but if you delete this, you will have bad news within 1 day" (or something like that--
Some people will comply because they are superstitious eneogh not to want to take the chance!
(and if they didn't already know about the show before, they might just be curious enough to check it out and bring about a ratings boost--that is if it isn't a complete waste of time now...)

It's a good idea but I think there are more effective ways of campaigning than chain emails. For a start many of the people that would have the chian email sent to them would never see it as it would end up in their "Junk" folder. Then if the chain emails were all sent to ABC or whatever network they'd probably be seen as spam and never even reach the inbox of any executives.

Writing letters, putting up fan-made posters, putting adverts on local radio and in local newspapers, sending sour patch kids and trying to get Matt Dallas interviews on radio stations and talk shows are all going to be more effective and have more impact, so efforts are better off concentrating on them alone.

"A single grain of rice can tip the scale." Are you that grain of rice?

Chain emails would not help the cause. They are a nuisance and would cause bad feelings towards those who sent them.

Pod--
You should include IMO--('in your opinion')
Some of these mildy annoying chain letters if done right can be downright entertaining and slightly amusing...(no more of a nuisance than the commercials on ABCF for Secret Life--IMO)

YoshiRPG's picture

That is not an Opinion, it is a fact. Chain Letters also known as Spam, would be very bad for the cause if done incorrectly. However since it would be non-commercial in nature it might be ok as long you use the Blind Carbon Copy Form.

I have updated the **Link Removed** website.
