Charlie Woo (aka the perv) didn't send Kat the flower - the writing on the card and on the note in her locker were different. I think when he said "I showed you my flower, now you show me yours" he was just being stupid. He saw she had a flower, and took advantage of the situation to say something. I think it was most likely Patrick who sent it. He was sitting behind her until she sat down and saw she had a flower, then he moved. I don't think he chickened out - he probably never planned to let Kat turn around and see him. He just likes messing with her. Also, note the look on his face when she walks out of the room.
yeah, you're right... Patrick's handwriting is more blocky and Charlie's is more... girly? haha, i can't think of the word, but it's kind of bigger and more bubbly

Okay, as much as we all love cheesy teenybopper romance, and as much as we expect this show and others like it to supply it, that does not mean every little gesture or occurence automatically reinforces the obvious couple. As he comes behind Kat (at exactly the right time, mind you: right after she reads the card) Mr. Perv says he's shown Kat his flower, now show him hers, clearly indicating he is the one who sent it. If Patrick did send it to her, why would he move right before she reads it? That's not mysterious, just dumb. Furthermore, I doubt this show will last, so don't get too wrapped up in it. The writers have obviously decided to deviate from the movie script, and while that is a legitimate choice (seeing as no one wants to watch a an exact sitcom replica of a movie), it will be the show's downfall. For those of you who will be crushed by its eventual cancellation, go watch the movie. It's a lot more satisfying

the show is a REMAKE!! As in it will not be the SAME!

this show isnt supposed to be exactly like the movie.
the writers said they did not what people expecting the same thing...there going to put the characters in different situations.

You can so tell that Pat got Kat the flower the hand writing from the note on the flower and the perv guy didn't match. And you know he gave her the flower because he was trying to look back where Kat was without to many people realizing it and the look on his face when Kat threw the flower at the other girl and walked out the class room he was like dang I should have stayed back there oh well love this show lol

From what I've seen so far, Ethan Peck cannot hold a candle to his grandfather. This early on, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, as he is young, and a lot of the blame seems to lie with his writers as well. Most of his lines are simply pathetic. That being said, Kat was very well casted. She is no Julia Stiles, but she is the best replacement in the series so far.

this show is not too bad, but the story line is completely messed up. and noone will ever be able to play the characters like the original actors. i have high expectations for this show, i hope it can live up to them.
