I thk cappie and evan's friendship would be fine as soon as evan realizes he and casey are not good together. I'm thinking there is something there between evan and rebecca, they are so similar anyway, probably deserve each other.
Yay for Rusty. I loved him with Jordan, but I'm guessing her exit would make him more serious with school. He's such a nerd, I hated to see him slip in his school work something he always planned to make a priority. He was the part of the show that proved that being in a greek club doesn't mean you are not a good student and I didn't want to lose that.
