okay so i dont understand why ricky would be good for Amy he is a jerk and she is very smart to stay away from him. He is nothing but a cheating moron and Amy who just made one mistake doesnt have to make the same mistake for the rest of her life being with him. And ben is just trying to be a good guy even though he maybe coming on too strong.

I have A LOT to say about this episode:
*I agree with Grace’s dad all the way about Jack.
*Grace’s dad, I thought the same thing when Grace mentioned Jack focusing on school until she makes up her mind.
*Does ANYONE understand Grace’s dad’s parallel between food and sex??
*Wow, that was bold of Ricky to say to Adrian. I knew a smack was coming. But Ricky’s right. Like I said in another episode, dads determine their daughter’s self-esteem.
*Why am I not surprised that Adrian and Ricky go from physically fighting to making out?
*I can’t believe Adrian didn’t cover up before getting the door! Is it that hard?
*Adrain’s dad—just by conceiving Adrian—thinks he can step right in as her father figure by telling her what to do and sharing his concern about Ricky when—as Adrian pointed out in Spanish—none of this was important to him for years and years?
*Why would Adrian's dad want to force her to live with him? And she’s right that at her age, her consent is VERY imperative in court.
*Lauren, are you *?&!@ stupid? You and Ricky have a “connection” and he respects you? Sure it isn’t all about sex, even though this “connection” started over none other than kissing! Lauren, how do you think this all went down when Amy and Ricky had sex? Probably similarly.
*Thank you, Madison, for voicing my point. If MADISON is out-thinking you, you KNOW you’re not thinking clearly!
*Lauren trusts Ricky’s assurance that Amy is the one who wanted to have sex over her supposed BFF’s word?
*Why should YOU Lauren, the culprit, tell Amy you made out with the father of her child if Madison, the innocent one, won’t? Maybe because YOU’RE the one who committed the offense.
*Does Ben seriously have flower-like decorations in his locker? I don’t use the term “gay” as liberally as my peers, because it's inaccurate and offensive, but this truly is suggesting homosexuality.
*You knew Amy would return to U.S. Grant High.
*This is all the counselor’s fault, Adrian, when he helped you after you begged him to?
*Ben? In a fight? I don’t think so. And I think to be sl_t you’d have to be a “repeat offender,” so to speak, like Adrian, quite frankly. I don’t think unintentionally making one mistake like Amy did makes you deserving of such a vile title. But “independent,” as Ben called it, is certainly too gentle—and inaccurate—a term.
*Geez, I wish I had a dime for every time Amy brushes her hair out of her eyes!
*You got one thing right, Lauren: neither you nor Madison has sense enough to know what the right thing is.

*I paused the video right after Ricky passed by Amy…judging from her eyes, I think he opened his mouth about he and Lauren—yes, he did!
*You never acted like her best friend, Lauren, not since you first found out she’s pregnant.
*So only Ashley notices Amy stutters when she lies—not even her own mom and dad? Embarrassing. Why won’t Amy tell her mom she’s not at the “slut school”? And she gave no return “I love you" to her mom? She said it to Ben under pressure when she didn't seem to mean it, but now she won't say these three words to her mom?
*Get up, wimpy ben! And please, Grace, let’s not overreact by yelping for help.
*“...flaunting her mistake”? Amy is being brave for once, Kathleen.
*Kathleen is some Christian. What’s this show trying to say about them? That they’re either laughably pious or hypocrites?
*Adrian’s mom is unreal! She knowingly helped ruin George’s current marriage, but she's acting victimized and lied to?
*Kathleen cheated on George? Yeah, why ISN’T he advertisting that?
*Why should Grace be traumatized and unable to return to class after helping Ben? Because she came upon some heinously battered victim? Please.
*Why does Lauren need to tell Amy about she and Ricky? She chickened out and Ricky told for her.
*Ricky “in treatment”…what does Madison mean by that?
*So one of Adrian’s parents is lying about which one of them wanted to wed and which one didn't.
*Getting pregnant on purpose is pretty low, Adrian's mom.
*Of course Adrian loves her mom. I think it’s nearly biologically impossible for child-parent love not to exist. Adrian just sees her mom objectively.
*Boy, Ricky, you couldn’t connect the dots more clearly, telling Grace you need a friend more now than ever, that Jack has moved on, and that Adrian will be out of the picture.
*Ashley and Adrian may be the smartest characters in the show. No matter what Adrian does with Ricky and no matter how she dresses, I like her because she isn’t gullible. She’s skeptical and sees through people. As for Ashley, she knows guys on the rebound are a danger, which is more than can be said of Amy.
*I THOUGHT I recognized Lauren’s dad, but thought I was wrong. Good twist.
*Ricky’s thought process: I love Grace, therefore, knowing Grace is committed to remaining chaste until marriage, I’m going to work my hardest to satisfy my sexual desire by sleeping with her, even though I know it’ll break her promise and it’ll be something she’ll forever regret. Ricky doesn’t know what love is any more than Ben does.
*Jack, you’re an idiot. You're suggesting a chastity ring is akin to a condom or some other contraceptive? Nice joke. Ha ha ha...
*“I’ve got Alice for that.” So you can only have one female friend at a time, Jack?
*Is Grace really thinking she and Ricky are possibly going to marry?!
*Right after breaking up, Alice and Henry have sex? Is anyone on this show smart?
*“I want to be in love, Henry.” This is what you say to the guy you just had sex with? Nice. And people who love each other don’t play mind games like the one Alice played trying to make Henry jealous, so you two are NOT on the right track.
*Alice and Henry seriously thought they’d love each other after having sex, especially after seeing what happened to Ricky and Amy? How logical. Love doesn’t equal sex. That’s as well-known as having a baby doesn’t fix a marriage.
*Amy, you’re apologizing to Ben for his getting beat up, as though it’s your fault?
*Ooh, those burgers Leo brought in look SO good!
*What a corny parade!

Ben is such a sweet heart for standing up for Amy! He really didn't deserve that. I just want to beat up ricky. Oh my gosh the parade through the school was so corny! I loved it!

I really enjoy this show. I know a girl that went through a similar situation. This is a brave thing to do. To be able to go to a school where you get ridiculed for bad choices that you make. Kudos to Amy for sticking with it!

LOVE THIS SHOW!!! BUT OMG! why is ben still in the picture? he's the most annoying character on this show. he needs to get a life and realize that they most likely will not end up getting married. i feel so bad for henry too! he's so cute and i know ricky is a jerk and a man-[filtered word]. but i can't get over his badboy vibe. probably not a good thing but who cares?! lol

I hate Adrian and I hate ricky. Ricky is hot and all but he's a jerk and he's got some issues he needs to work out before he really hurts someone by giving them a disease or before someone get's even more emotionally involeved. He needs help. and even though Amy is having a baby so young, she is still my role model, I mean I know better than to have sex right now and I'm going to wait till marriage to have sex, but Amy has been through so much and she's still so strong.

i think is started to cry a little when ben saw amy at the door and he ran over to hug her it was romantic i felt bad for ben and at the end its nice what grace does for amy but it was a little weird

I love this show but I think Ben is annoying as hell. And Amy can be annoying at times, too. I love Ashley and Tom!

But believe me, I love this show. Idk why its so stupid but I STILL keep watching it, lol.

Amy has to end up with ricky even if its not "together" but just like as parents and helping each other with the baby cuz i think ricky wants to b the father he never had and he doesn't want his kid growing up like him and getting into trouble. Ben is just stupid. Sure he's nice and all but hes creepy. And if everything in the show was very realistic there wouldnt any point in the show. It's more interesting to watch if in some way some things connect.

Aaaaaawww I love Grace now. SHe was sooo nice. I started out thinking she was weird because she was goody-too-shoes but she's really nice. I love the band too. I think that Grace should have a bigger part (If she's nice) but if she's going to be goody-too-shoes then she's kind of annoying. This show is so unrealistic.
