Why do Adrianne's mom and Amy's mom call the person their sleeping with their "friend" it [filtered word] me off what they are doing... you don't do with friends. Ricky is such an @$$ hole. When girls have sex, and their outcome is not a child, they don't get as much trouble,teasing,rudeness or humiliation from it. They might even have sex regularly or more..but when a girl has sex and they get a baby, it's like she's called the tramp..or ho. Other girls might have had sex much more..but since they're not getting babies, it's like it doesn't matter. And in some cases, girls that have sex will call another girl with a baby at teenage years a tramp, but what if they only had sex once..and the other girl has done it numerous times.

I TOTALLY agree with you!! Legit.
There were a lot of important things that happened in this episode:
1. It didn't really make me angry that George tried to get the condo from Adrian for a night, but what really mad me made was when right after that he said, "that was easy" I was about to scream!!!
2. I think the Bowman's should have atleast one person from their family with Tom, never let him stay alone. Things like that can happen so easily, and he doesn't know any better.
3. It was so lame of George to not think this whole scheme through. I mean, having Ricky show up is really bad, but not telling Amy and Ashley how he got that place and who he's dating is really pathetic.
4. I can't belive Lauren gave into Ricky, I mean she said she wouldn't like 5 times, but it still didn't work. I guess Ricky really is good at seducing people, and even if he fails to the first time, he will keep trying and trying until it happens. I HATE RICKY! HE NEEDS SERIOUS HELP!
5. It was sad when Adrians dad came up to her and told her that he never wants to see her again. I mean, he could've atleast been a little nicer to her.
6. It was funny when Ashley was talking about being poor, and saying that it's the ultimate humiliation. It kinda made me laugh a little.
7. I thought it was HORRIBLE that Betty offered Tom a cigarette! I WAS ABOUT TO KILL HER WHEN SHE DID THAT!!!
And she just took advantage of him like he was a nobody. 
8. When George and Adrian hugged at the end of the episode and Ashely saw it, I mean I get why AShley was amd, cause she caught him at the wrong time, but he could have tried to explain it to her a little, instead of letting the whole thing slide.

Poor Adrian. Danged her danged dad and his running off on her. And what's with Tom Grace's brother calling a call girl? Please I mean come on here u don't take advantage of the disabled and a down syndrome person especially. Poor guy. Any ways it's getting intense here. And Ashley could have held her tongue and anger at her dad for one night while he tried to comfort Adrian for the crap she's going thru from her dad being gone and her mother who's hardly ever around. Fight Attendant my butt. I'll bet she's out running around too. We shall see.
Everyone always think it was girl's fault if she got pregnant. Most of the time either the boy or the girl s being pressured and pressure is a hard thing to deal with. Sure they should have just said no and the other person should have just dropped it but that doesnt always happen. It's rickeys fault. He knew what he was doing. Amy shouldn't have let him pressure her but it's not totally her fault.

I think the question you need to ask yourself is when does right to life, come before quality of life?
You have no right to decide what makes a life good and worth living, but you are trying to perimeters on what makes a life good. I'm sure you can find plenty of people out there who were born into homes where they never knew if they would have there next meal and are now happy and thankful for there lives. There are also people born into rich homes who have committed suicide.
The people of Germany allowed there government to take the Jews and pretty soon they decided that Homosexuals and the Disabled were unworthy of life. They killed innocent children because they weren't born physically or mentally able, because of religion and skin color. They said this made there lives unworthy. How is abortion any different?
You should also consider the fact that not all aborted children would be born into poor homes.

Hmm but abortion is a decision to take lightly? You have already said it's not. But your right it's much easier for the parent to just kill the child, its sad but true. You talk about the psychological effects of watching another raise your child. T What about those of abortion? Do you know it has recently been made into law that doctors in South Dakota must inform patients that they can start to suffer depression as early as two hours after the abortion? Did you know that most women suffer this because it's not really taken any different by the body and even the mind then a miscarriage? In other words they are depressed because it feels like they lost a baby not an embryo or a fetus or even a zygote, a baby. And what about the physical effects, abortion is a surgery and comes with the common risks of infection and blood clots, even the hormonal abortions have side effects. There also the strong connection between abortion in the first trimester (the most common) and breast cancer. People in Australia have successfully sued abortion clinics for not warning them.
Going back to your statement that, "bottom line: abortion is a legal procedure that any individual woman can choose if she so desires & there is absolutely nothing anyone can do..."

i think everyone just needs to get back to the point, this is a TV show .. & a great one i might add, but that's what we're supposed to be talking about - the SHOW. this is not meant to be some kind of debate room where everyone has to take control on decisions made by people they probably don't even know. what a woman chooses is HER own decision & hers ONLY .. stop acting like everyone else's choices are somehow yours to influence.
Fist of all you are trying to influence are choice to debate abortion, so don't be a hypocrite, no offense. Secondly, you tell us to get back to the show after giving a long argument about a very hot topic.

i just think people need to consider all of the reasons for someone possibly aborting before concluding that it's downright wrong or horrible .. i realize that it's definitely something people feel very strongly about, but i just think that people need to open their eyes to the possibility that sometimes, in some cases, it is the better option. obviously, even though i am not against it, it wasn't the right answer for me. i was in school full time with physical disabilities that were already limiting me .. & i found out i was pregnant. i was quite shocked at first, but i chose to keep the baby, even though the pregnancy/labor/delivery could have killed me. fortunately everything was ok; my heart worsened a lot, i am facing surgery now, & am no longer able to attend school, but my daughter is 18 months old, happy & healthy, & the light of my life. she is everything to me, & i have no regrets. things were complicated at times, & she was a preemie because of complications, but i am just grateful that everything turned out well.
i knew abortion was not for me, because even though she was not coming at an "ideal" time in my life, i always wanted children of my own, & so adapting to the idea wasn't too hard. however, when i was very young, my mother became pregnant. it was unplanned, & we were very poor. she barely had enough money to raise me. clothing, running water, & food were tough to come by .. we didn't get any kind of assistance, so bringing another child into the situation that she was unable to provide for would have broken her heart. not that she didn't want the baby .. she just couldn't support it .. so she aborted in the 1st trimester. i do not resent her for that .. the decision killed her, she was very depressed for a long time, but she was trying to make the most realistic decision as to what was going to be best for me at the time. she didn't want to take away from me, because we already had so little.
i am not mad, everyone is entitled to their own opinions .. i just think people need to be more open minded, instead of assuming that their way is the only way.

That's selfish-a mother needs to do what's best for the baby. and if you can't provide for the child either don't have unsafe sex or put up for adoption after birth. Abortion is murder..If Amy did not want to get pegnanet then she should not have have sex. Let that be a lesson to you. She knew it could happen and she was not careful. Ricky and Amy are young but they knew what they are doing....

Most people talk about the aborsion,do and donot,I just curious about why their reaction toward aborsion was so sensitive,I think aborsion is normal,having a baby was not her fault,just because the careless,the point is the attitude,I'm from China,I saw & heared many teenager if they had a baby by accident,they will go to hospital and do the aborsion in a very quiet way,they will not let their parents know,but I do admire the parents attitude towards their children's pregnancy.Maybe it is because the culture.I just don't understand why they are soooo surprise about it.

I love(!!!!!!!!!!) the Sausage King! I think he is amazing. My favorite scene of the series is when he comes in with pizza and he comments about the wine not matching the cereal.

Amy should either put the baby up for adoption, or keep it. becuz i was almost aborted and i thank God that i wasnt. My birth mother put me up for adoption. I completely agree that Judging a persons choices on life is completely wrong. As an outsider, no one should jump into anyones life and say whats wrong with them. Everyone has different opinions of how to live and they all could be right.
If I had to choose one person to talk to who died in the past, I would choose an aborted baby. I would ask them if they wanted a chance to live? No science test can tell when life begins in the womb. We as human beings do not have the power, the knowledge, or the understanding of life to take one's life away.
I am not judging ladies who have had an abortion. What they did was wrong but not form my opinions but from them taking away a persons chance at life. You made the decision to except full responsibility of your actions when you stuck that [filtered word] into your [filtered word]. If a women was raped I understand that it is an emotional turmoil and heartache. I fully understand when a women is raped she did not make the choice if she ended being pregnant. Let me ask you this. When a women gets raped does it make it okay for her in return to murder? No it does not. It was not her choice to have the child but this baby ,growing inside his/her mother's 'tummy', is still there. Mistake, accident, or by force a baby is being formed. Abortion should not be an option.
