I agree with adrien. i don't understand how someone can walk away from a family like that and just forget about it like twenty years is not that big a deal. i just don't get it. i dont' get how they can even think about it.

Ben's Daddy is so cool! He's understands what Anne is going through even though i don't think he has been there he's cool. AND I HATE AMY'S DAD HE MAKES ME SO MAD!!! When girls have sex, and their outcome is not a child, they don't get as much trouble,teasing,rudeness or humiliation from it. They might even have sex regularly or more..but when a girl has sex and they get a baby, it's like she's called the tramp..or ho. Other girls might have had sex much more..but since they're not getting babies, it's like it doesn't matter. And in some cases, girls that have sex will call another girl with a baby at teenage years a tramp, but what if they only had sex once..and the other girl has done it numerous times.

Everyone always think it was girl's fault if she got pregnant. Most of the time either the boy or the girl s being pressured and pressure is a hard thing to deal with. Sure they should have just said no and the other person should have just dropped it but that doesnt always happen. It's rickeys fault. He knew what he was doing. I think the question you need to ask yourself is when does right to life, come before quality of life?

You have no right to decide what makes a life good and worth living, but you are trying to perimeters on what makes a life good. I'm sure you can find plenty of people out there who were born into homes where they never knew if they would have there next meal and are now happy and thankful for there lives. There are also people born into rich homes who have committed suicide.
The people of Germany allowed there government to take the Jews and pretty soon they decided that Homosexuals and the Disabled were unworthy of life. They killed innocent children because they weren't born physically or mentally able, because of religion and skin color. They said this made there lives unworthy. How is abortion any different?

You should also consider the fact that not all aborted children would be born into poor homes.

Hmm but abortion is a decision to take lightly? You have already said it's not. But your right it's much easier for the parent to just kill the child, its sad but true. You talk about the psychological effects of watching another raise your child. T What about those of abortion? Do you know it has recently been made into law that doctors in South Dakota must inform patients that they can start to suffer depression as early as two hours after the abortion? Did you know that most women suffer this because it's not really taken any different by the body and even the mind then a miscarriage? In other words they are depressed because it feels like they lost a baby not an embryo or a fetus or even a zygote, a baby. And what about the physical effects, abortion is a surgery and comes with the common risks of infection and blood clots, even the hormonal abortions have side effects. There also the strong connection between abortion in the first trimester (the most common) and breast cancer. People in Australia have successfully sued abortion clinics for not warning them.

i think everyone just needs to get back to the point, this is a TV show .. & a great one i might add, but that's what we're supposed to be talking about - the SHOW. this is not meant to be some kind of debate room where everyone has to take control on decisions made by people they probably don't even know. what a woman chooses is HER own decision & hers ONLY .. stop acting like everyone else's choices are somehow yours to influence.

Fist of all you are trying to influence are choice to debate abortion, so don't be a hypocrite, no offense. Secondly, you tell us to get back to the show after giving a long argument about a very hot topic.

bottom line: abortion is a legal procedure that any individual woman can choose if she so desires & there is absolutely nothing anyone can do if she does choose that route. if a woman gets pregnant, whether it was from consensual sex or not .. & she is NOT ready for a baby either physically, emotionally, or financially .. she should NOT have to bring an unwanted child into the world that she either cannot or will not provide for. children are a HUGE responsibility, & sometimes, women don't realize that they're not ready until they're already pregnant. no, i am not saying that someone should have abortions as a form of birth control, but be realistic ... not many people would ever do that anyways. abortion is not a painless procedure, & it comes with a fee .. it's not a decision that is made lightly for too many people, & for the people that would make a decision like that without being 100% sure, be glad they're not bringing the babies into the world, because babies don't ask to be born, & when they are, they should come into the best situations possible. they are a wonderful addition to a life, but only if they are coming into a home where they can be nurtured & loved .. where they will see a doctor regularly, have clean clothes on their backs, shoes that fit, food in their bellies, and so on ...

When I saw commercials for it on the tv I was like.. Omg, I need to watch it.

One thing that I do have to say.. is that I agree with Amy's friend.
Abortion is no one elses choice but the person who is having the baby.

Abortion is murder..If Amy did not want to get pegnanet then she should not have have sex. Let that be a lesson to you. She knew it could happen and she was not careful. Ricky and Amy are young but they knew what they are doing....
