I wonder how Ann feels about him? You know people grow attached to their circumstances. If he waits to long to tell her the truth she may be in love with the other guy by then. He better jump on the ball and stop worrying about getting a dog. Who makes me the most angry is the little sister. Could Amy please slap her the next time she says that is the way life is and we just have to accept it?.... Nothing better than a family working things out and being together, even if it does mean Ann does not get to keep that rock and new house.
