Ben is so sweet. It is weird that he asked her to marry him, but honestly would would you rather date, Ben, the one who will always be there for you and loves you, or Ricky, the one who doesnt really care about you and sleeps with other girls?

My thoughts on episode 5:
*Of course you're not much for grass, Ben...
*I knew the engagement was coming! How insane. I love the corniness of this show.
*Whoa, Ben’s plan is crazy about marrying Amy and calling the child his own.
*Ben, you've offered yet another sign that you're not too bright. The doctor will know how many weeks in Amy is. Everyone will know WHEN she conceived.
*Ricky has a right to know about the baby! The sensitive Ben is now going on a power trip?
*Ricky needs to stop playing Grace.
*I gotta hand it to ABC, the twist about George was actually nicely done.
*You have to have an abortion before a certain number of weeks. The clock is ticking...
*Ashley, surprisingly, is a good sister.
*Why does this happen to all females in TV shows: they start out naturally made up and simply clothed, and by the last episode, they're wearing noticeable makeup and better clothes. Look at Pam and Angela from The Office or Elaine from Seinfeld (though she was transitioning from one era's fads to another). Now Amy.
*Uh, I think the doctor would tell Amy's parents about her being pregnant.
*So Jack thinks Amy is a bad influence on Adrian? That's rather comical.
*Whoa, there's a reason behind Jack's name.

I'm not trying to convince anyone out of there opinion, however these are my views of the show! For one Amy & Ben are not in Love this is each of there first bf/gf and they do not know what love is, second and this is my opinion and my opinion only, an unborn baby has a heartbeat, therefor it is classified as living, is a fact, and it is inedvertent. Having an abortion is murder, you are killing a living thing, that has done nothing wrong, it has no faults, it did not choose to be born. The parents of the baby are responsible, they are the ones who gave this baby life, therefor it is their responsibilty to take care of the baby. The only way that I think that abortion is even considerable, is if health complications make it so the mother AND the child may die in child-birth. Other wise you make the choice, to not have protection, to do it, etc..............

My concern is your policy on infomercials, I have watched this man on your channel that is known as a scammer for his products. His name is Jeff Paul, Computer products, what is your policy on these types of infomercials? Do you check them out on Google first, before allowing them on your channel to sale their wares?
Abortion is a personal option and it's not fair that other people criticize people going through that situation. They don't know how it happen so it's really none of their business. If the girl slept around all the time then yes they kind of deserve it but if it was her first time or she was like raped or something its her choice.

samiejo's comment is right. seriously, there's maybe a .1% chance that a guy will actually do this and at 15 it'd be pretty shocking if even the father of the kid wanted to marry the girl. and i hate how this show represents abortion. at 15 it'd be her best option but the show doesn't even allow her the opportunity to choose for herself. if you're pro-life and disagree with me, all i'm saying is that abortion is represented terribly here (excuse me, but isn't roe v wade still in place anyway?) and you don't have to get an abortion but others should have the right to choose for themselves... even if they are characters on a tv show haha

actually there are. I got pregnant at 15 my first time and I found a really great guy who was there for the whole pregnancy and proposed when my daughter was 2 months. We've now been together for almost 6 years and married for 3. Don't have such little faith in people.

This is my very first comment and I luv this show. And January is way to long to wait I wish they would give us a preview at least of what is gonna happen but oh well, this show rocks.

...OK, well this "break" has turned into at least 3 weeks now... ABC Family should take some advice from ABC Parent Company (all of their online episodes are loaded quickly, they all work -and work faster, not to mention, they don't waste their time with these little "clips") --does anyone even waste their time with "clips?" lol ...All I'm saying, ABC Family, is either have the episodes available online or don't... one or the other!
Furthermore, don't list the episode unless is is actually available or can "be found" --i just tried to click on an episode of Greek that "couldn't be found" ?? Funny.

Ok I was in the same situation amy was in when she was younger. I had sex with a guy and he was a marine, but also a real nasty [filtered word] jerk. My best friends told everyone in school and I was embarassed at first. But than I met my husband, He never told anyone and he was a year older than me he was 16. He told everyone it was his child, we also got married and we went to high school together. My dad had passed and we lived off my inheritance. But i never once regretted it. I am proud that there are men out there who would do anything like my husband did for me. And that is what this show reminds me of. We are now living happily ever after 5 years of marriage and 3 kids later, we are still so in love. I do think Amy needs to tell her parents, And it is wonderful that ben wants to be there for her. They would do good together. I think Amy should accept. And as far as Ricky he wouldn't make a good dad or husband he is to wild and doesn't seem like he would ever want to settle down. Ben would be perfect.

Abortions are not murder. The fetus has to have a heart beat before it is considered murder and that's why they wont let you do it after a certain amount of time. Every girl has the right to choose how would you feel if someone took the right to choose something about your life away?
OK so maybe ben isn't realistic for a 15yr old. I don't care what you guys think he's pretty sweet. Amy needs to tell her mom asap! She needs to get an abortion if she wants too. Grace needs to grow up! Its ok to be a christian but she needs to stop bein so soft. Jack is a jerk for mouthing off to grace. And Ricky needs to stop being such a man-.
in really do love this show. i think its great. i feel bad 4 amy and the decision she has 2 make. i know that it is a tough one. but shell do the right thing in the end. and ben stepping up to the plate for her is so sweet. there needs 2 be more guys like that in the world. ricky is a jerk and i dont see why grace even likes him...tho probably not so much now. he and amy should definitely NOT date...even if he is the father. ben is a much better guy and i dont think ricky would care for amy or the baby like ben would. i also cant believe that amys father just left. what a JERK! i think that theyll get back together eventually though....im hoping at least.
